Im new to the area and only here for a short time working for Mayo. But As someone who’s been on the road for nearly a decade and trained in over 20 gyms across the country, I don’t say this lightly: this place is top-tier. It’s built for the serious lifters—the meatheads, grinders, and athletes who know their way around a squat rack—but still manages to welcome newcomers without watering anything down.

They run it with honesty, clarity, and a refreshing dose of check your feelings at the door. And yet, there’s still respect—mutual, earned, and damn near sacred. The equipment, facility, and staff and everyone associated with this gym are awesome. Big shout out to TY and MARIA, these 2 started me on my fitness journey just a bit under 3 years ago, since the start theyre positivity and expertise in this feild have helped to start a passion in myself. Since meeting them ive lost over 230lbs of bodyfat and 22 inches in my midsection.
