I've done a substantial amount of business with this joint. 5 times in a row they did not give me a ticket for a chance to win the prize/promo. If you were me you probably say why didn't you just say something. I wanted to see how many times this would happen after two. I wanted to see the dishonesty go on a bit. I can now see the dislike they have for me. i cant tell you how many times ive been hung up on when ive called up there.Never did nothing to them. Could b last name who knows When I brought this up to the store's general manager he gave me 5 tickets to put in pot to win. What a joke. Should have given me an eighth cuz they wouldn't give me prize if they pulled ticket. Then josh put on my account i was screaming at him when really all I was was alittle agitated. Now tells me I won't b able to come back if I'm loud. Probably wont let me in because i posted this. Wont be a big deal. Alien mintz is at alot of places. Jacob seems to be a good dude. will do my best to not be so loud anymore. If I'm disrespected again I guess I'll use my 1st amendment right and walk the sidewalk with a sign and speak out about some more things Goin on here. Words speak volumes and people will listen. Worth the read!!!! My very first visit the security guard was so rude when I approached the door with my purse. I didn't see the sign or I could've been illiterate. I do understand the need to have an authoritive voice, it's the tone that was use that did it for me. Strike 1. The young lady that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable so I kind of forgave, not forgot the rudeness at the door.

I've visited 3 other places since this visit and the customer service as well as the wealth of knowledge was absolutely wonderful. Better selection too. 2nd visit and the graduation must now be medicated and was jolly and tried to engage me into a conversation. I also left my purse in the car.
