This rating is solely for FedEx pickup. If you don't want to endure an inquest than please use another location. Brought my unexpired and untattered SCDL in as needed to pick up. The older man kept asking for a tracking# which I left my cell inside my car and the DL suffice for any other Walgreens pickup. I even provided the address before it was rerouted and he insisted I have the tracking #. Not like those numbers are PIN length. I even told him what was inside and now beginning to get slightly agitated,so opened the package at the counter. They were shoes for my tween. Never have I ever.I surely would like to think this was not racial profiling versus an overzealous lead or manager. If this is the protocol, then there needs to be training for all the other locations where I had zero issues. This experience made feel as I was somehow in the wrong. What criminal will bring in their Government issued id and provide all the details for a pair of shoes??? Not gold bars or stocks-shoes! I know there are scams,yet common sense...

This is a great store. The pharmacy is trash but otherwise the store is great. My wife has to self inject a serum she gets from her doctor. Every three years she needs needle. The pharmacy tech accused her of being a heroin addict and refused to sell her needles. She told him, well I'm not a very good addict if i only need a box every three years. We went to a non chain pharmacy down the street and the tech there told us the needle size was wrong for heroin, and had no problem selling her a box. I have twice had issues with them telling me my meds were not available only to get called 15 to 29 minutes later about my order being ready. Just went today. Only two customers in store. Cashier spent 5 minutes trying to sign lady up and could not spell her name correctly. She kept spelling it to him, and he kept putting g it in wrong...couple more people came in and line git longer the lady finally told him...

Tried to get my prescription filled here and they refused to fill it even though my Doctor sent it over. Some worker with the Last name Hicks also gave me a really hard time when I tried asking why they couldn’t fill it. He wouldn’t even talk to me and just gave me the number to corporate. I also tried to get my film done there and it’s been 3 months and every time I ask about it they say they don’t have it so I called corporate and they also said that the man with the last name Hicks signed for it so I went in and asked and he got a big attitude and said that just because he signed for it, it’s not his duty to keep up with them. So they lost my film and I just wouldn’t recommend going to this Walgreens....
