03/07/2025: I am writing to commend Izhay, a manager at the Bojangles restaurant (493 S. Herlong, Rock Hill, SC 29732). I frequently visit this location and have recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Izhay on two separate occasions.
During both visits, I requested hot and fresh Bo-Bites and fries. Izhay was happy to accommodate my request without hesitation, argument, or any unpleasant behavior. She was professional, courteous, and provided excellent customer service.
Additionally, I observed Izhay running a well-mannered store and ensuring that employees were on task. Her positive attitude and management style were impressive.
Izhay is a valuable asset to your team, and I believe she should be recognized for her outstanding service. Her approach to customer service and management could serve as a model for other stores and businesses. (Signed, Alice Hardin-Meeks)

   Read morei dont like to leave negative reviews, i understand that working in the food industry is a lot of work so if i leave a review it is usually to compliment, but my last experience at this bojangles overwhelmed me with frustration. me and my boyfriend came and dined in for lunch on friday and it took like 10 minutes for someone to take our order, and it wasnât because they were busy. they were out of sweet tea up front and all of the tables were really dirty and gross. we had to ask someone to get our drinks and when we did the YELLOW INK ON THE CUPS BLED ONTO OUR HANDS!!!!! absolutely disgusting. also the drive through i think has ai, but thats not specific to this bojangles, and i understand that isnt their fault.
the food was amazing, but the environment was lacking and the cups making our hands yellow was incredibly distracting and made me wonder if i shouldve even drank the not so sweet tea. i am a germaphobe so it really bothered me. 5/5 food and 0/5...
   Read moreI placed an order at the drive which I thought the price was higher than usual so j thought I would discuss it with the employee when I got to the window. Before I could finish what I was saying the women swiped my credit card, when I did not want the food. I could not stay to get a refund as I am a first responder to a local utility company and was given an emergency order right as the unwanted transaction took place. Now I'm out $6.09 and very angry. She should not have continued with payment until I finished what I was saying. I said dont worry about it, and wanted to finish with, I'll just go somewhereelse.
