Worst Taco Bell after sundown. This place is the slowest, most inneficient, disrespectful and low quality store I've ever visited. The night crew is the clear example of poor hiring practices. The same kid at the window that is always too busy joking around with the handful of incompetent coworkers. Too busy to take an order correctly EVERY SINGLE TIME. if it's not an I complete order, it's the wrong order all together or even someone else's order. That's a total of four visits and always the same guy. Also, forget getting consistent portions or even warm food. Everything is cold after around 7pm. They even have a poorly hand written sign at the drive-through that warns about their slow service because of their "short staffing"
In the likely event that your order is wrong and you have to go back, don't bother for sympathy or customer service because their resident ratchet queen of attitude, "Brittney" and her little round faced minion hanging out at the parking lot will tell you that you just have to make the long and slow line again if you want your order fixed because the dinning room is closed. Heavens forbid that they take their lazy behind to work and fix the mistake for the customer. Oh, and if you insist that you need your order fixed, foul-tempered Brittney will threaten to call the cops, because I'm sure that my brothers in blue will hurry to respond to a "customer wants his order fixed" call. Funny how they blame their horrible service on poor staffing yet they have enough time to just hang out in the parking lot while the car line wraps around the building.
In short, a circus all together, clowns and all.

Read moreI went through the drive through line this evening. I ordered the two chalupa meal, no tomatoes with a soft taco adding sour cream. I also ordered two additional soft tacos adding sour cream. Once I paid, I was in the window for 8 minutes before my food was finally served. They threw in some of those Cinnabon Delight things that was dripping grease. I don't like them anyways. Once I was finally home, the chalupa were dry but I endured by adding mild sauce. I went to my first taco to find it COVERED in tomatoes. I checked the other two to find the same thing. I tried many times to call the location since it is a good 10 minutes from my house. I would have simply appreciated a credit instead of having to go all the way back over there. No answer. I decide to drive over there instead. I was told by Scott the manager that the phones were not working. He looked at me like I was crazy, complaining about tomatoes. He started making excuses that maybe they thought it was taco supremes...even though it says no where that it was supremes. I got aggravated and asked him to drop the excuses and just replace the tacos (I could see the cook making them so I know nothing screwy would happen to them). Read moreI ordered two bean burritos extra beans, 2 Soft tacos supreme, no sour cream this week. I get home and had a half of burrito and an extra burrito. Both tacos had sour cream and I get sick if i eat sour cream. I also noticed no receipt. Tried to call due to being late at night and had to use drive thru. Get home call no answer. The next day called multiple times no answer. So 2 days ago I go and the doors locked and no answer. Today finally get someone they asked for the receipt. I told them that was one of the problems, I never got my receipt. I told them I had the picture and asked to talk to manager they didn't care. I tried to report on tell the bell but need recipes to do survey. This location is a joke, always new people, they don't want to work. About a week ago I was in here because I work in the area, kiosks was down, mobile ordering was down, so they took my order, took the money, then went and touched the food. No gloves, no washing hands. I reported to manager and she said she would have a talk. Didn't see the young guy the next time for a while. Maybe got suspended, maybe day off, not sure.
