My mother took my sister and myself for ear piercings as our xmas gift. We made appointments and showed up early. The man we initially spoke to showed us the selection of earrings we can choose from for a new piercing. We spent about 15 minutes picking out what we wanted and when John walked over to help the man find the earrings he realized quickly that he was showing us earrings meant for newborns. If John hadn't come over he would have pierced us with those...Scary.

So then we spent another long while picking out new ones. They charged us a fortune because they added on a warranty to each earring without asking permission. Then after the fact tell us that the cleaning solution is 20 a bottle. They completly hosed my mom. Told her nothing up front! They were wildly unorganized and had no clue what was going on.

The only person holding that place together was Jon. He even offered to stay and peirce me and my sister even though it was his day off and he was there for something else. If he hadn't stayed we would have left. Based on what I saw i wouldn't have let anyone else there peirce me. John was fast, gentle and painless and very nice. He also did a great job, the...

Wanted to share my experience during my recent visit. I was looking to buy some new earring and a necklace. I was greeted by the young lady she said she was the manager. I think her name is Jo. She was very helpful knew how to approach me and ask me questions. I was also with my daughter and its hard to shop with kids but she made that easy for me. She went and got some stickers which my lil one luvs stickers. It kept her entertained and allowed me to shop. The whole experience was awesome. The store was inviting well presentable. And the staff was also helpful. Even as she was helping me she made sure that everyone was working with clients and greeting as new clients arrived. If I could them 10 stars I would. With everything going on in the world its nice to see people enjoying their job and helping clients. Can't wait to go back. Thank you for making my shopping 🛍 experience awesome. I went with my daughter to get her ears pierced, when we went in to ask about the earrings the woman working there was extremely rude, just pointed and said “it’s in the box” in a dismissive tone. My daughter was so excited to get her ears pierced and we were so disgusted by the attitude and looks we got for asking a simple question that we decided to leave and get pierced elsewhere. Whoever this woman is should have more respect for her customers and their time, waited all week to go there and left not wanting to go back. Stay far away from the tall woman with curly hair she is extremely nasty to people wanting to spend money!! That is not what good CUSTOMER SERVICE is about!...
