After months of an annoying battery draw that left my truck dead after ten hours of sitting overnight and multiple other shops trying to diagnose the problem, I was recommended by a Naperville shop to try Heavy Metal Performance. Ron and his team diagnosed my truck within an hour and had a remedy ordered. Although no one likes spending money on repairs, especially knowing your truck isn't that old but out of warranty repair, HMP was very fair on there pricing. I highly recommend them. I was at the point that I could not drive my truck that I owned since new, without leaving with a starter box, jumper cables and a 225 charging unit. Fantastic experience here. Ron was great and very helpful. Good communication on what was going on with my truck and where we stood and what was going on as he worked on it. I had a weird intermittent issue with my truck and he kept me in the loop as he got through it. He found the problem and fixed it for me. Very very reasonable price. I came to pick it up and he even checked in the next day to make sure everything was all good and that I was satisfied. Cant thank them enough. If I need to take the truck in again I wouldn’t think twice about bringing it back. And I’d absolutely recommend them...

Ron and his crew are nothing but the absolute most professional operation I've ever seen. Brought in my 2003 Duramax for fuel injectors. Were they the cheapest? No. But from the moment I got the quote everything went smoothly. Did the entire install in under a week, and is performing better than it ever has. They accidentally broke a part, and went ahead and replaced it and took care of it! Find someone who has something bad to say about them, because I can't find even one. Will definitely be back,...
