The individual theatres are spacious, with large, plush chairs that have adjustable arm rests to allow for more comfortable individual seating, or for getting closer to your movie-going partner.
There is handicap and wheelchair accessible seating in every theatre, and every room has two entrances with ramps allowing you to access and find seating on the lower left or lower right side of the room. However, the wheelchair accessible seating does not extend to the upper levels of seating, as there are only stairs to access the higher chairs, and no wheelchair accessible chairs on the upper deck of seats.
The staff is friendly, nice, and always conversational, as they will often engage in discussion as we buy our tickets; either by giving us other movie recommendations for next time, or by telling us their opinions on other movies currently showing that they were able to go see. It is really nice to be able to experience employees giving good, genuine service.
The Icee and soda machines are self-service, so you could essentially get refills in perpetuity during your stay. This alone makes the cost of the large Icee worth it, as I often get a refill Icee for our hour long trip back to our hometown after the show. The concession employees are also amicable and helpful, and will reccommend menu specials, in lieu of buying individually priced options, to allow you to better stretch your dollar.
We have always attended the later evening shows, so the wait times at the ticket and concession counters are very short, if there happens to be any wait at all.
The theatre floors are not sticky or dirty, and the bathrooms are clean and accommodating to large crowds and wheelchair users. This is truly the cleanest movie theatre I have had the pleasure of attending.
Tickets for two adults plus two large slushies plus a large popcorn generally runs us about $45 total, which is roughly the same as every other AMC I have attended, but the cost is more than worth it for just the two of us to enjoy a relaxing evening doing what we love: watching new movies at...
Read moreI came up to one of the cashiers after I had noticed my pretzel bite soaked in butter, telling her that there must be something wrong. I have ordered these before & never had they ever been this way. The cashier kindly said that they had recently changed the recipe & now add butter to the pretzels after they are done. I said that I possibly could not eat them they where all covered in butter so bad like they would slip out of my fingers pure butter all over you could even see the butter all over the side & dripping down on the cantainer soo soo gross. She offered to make me new ones & not add the butter after & I agreed.
As I was standing waiting for my pretzels the other girl was extremely not happy she had to re-make them again. Giving attitude talking to other employees as I stood there looking. This to me was completely disrespectful & unprofessional. I am not one to complain about things but this was just such a horrible experience. Handed my pretzels & no apology, she was just rude handing me my pretzels.
The food is extremely priced & I don't mind but I rather save my hard earned money next time & stay home then to deal with this kind of attitude again. I asked one of the other workers to see If I could possibly get a name she said it might be Sammy, I rrally hope shes not a supervisor or manager because if soo ohhh myy how...
