Family Dollar — Local services in Rockford Township

What Family Dollar is doing to their customers is highly illegal. I am a paralegal and I know for a fact that the false representation of a price is not being honered. They have signs posted about the smart coupons. Every Saturday you are supposed to get $5 off after purchasing $30 in the store. Their website won't let you clip the coupon or any coupons for that matter. They won't take down the signs but still won't give you what they advertise.

This is getting forwarded to the better business bureau on Monday morning. You will not get away with your bate and switch tactics!!!

Went into the store on February 24, 2018 their computer would not except my five dollar Saturday coupon they told me it was a store nationwide problem.I asked for the manager. So I came back and talked to themanager on Monday. The manager had no clue how to help me but told me to call district manager and corporate. I called the district manager and no return phone call. I called corporate was put on hold for an hour.I emailed them and done their survey.
