After my experience with Dave on 9/12/22 @ 7:22pm I felt like I was taken advantage of and lied to passively in my face . I had a online order that I came to pick up , was suppose to get $1 pre roll , when checking out the amount was higher then usual , and I asked dave repeatedly why the amount was higher , and dave replied nervously each time about taxes . After leaving , I realized dave charged me 12.99 for a pre roll that was suppose to be $12.99 and even after asking him why my bill was higher dave did not have the dignity of telling me that he charged me for the pre roll. Rather then being passive and lien right in my face , it makes you wonder how many other customers are being charged more on certain things , and not knowing about it . If I wanted a $12 pre roll I would’ve asked for one , I don’t except a $1 pre roll and then , being charged $12.99 and Dave trying to be passive when I asked

Having such natural products to help me as my body doesn't do well with Big Pharma pain management...yuck. I'm also a very very low dose of thc user , so was super pleased to find hybrids with cbd/cbg/thc products! Love the gummies especially the Kahana 2:1 acai blueberry. I take a whole gummie at night and sleep straight through my pain. Thank you.ā¤ļø

This is the only dispensary I give my business to if you ain't smoking health circle herb what is you smoking. The lines are always low or non existent, the customer service is A1 the budtenders are knowledgeable on there product. And dispensary itself looks immaculate. Always in there for the 2 prerolls for 20 (Night terror being my favorite) having worked at Mayflower and Ermont I can honestly say the bud that you grab from health circle is good sourced can't wait for there in house stuff to be ready to try out and review. Keep up the great work yall

This is the only dispensary I give my business to if you ain't smoking health circle herb what is you smoking. The lines are always low or non existent, the customer service is A1 the budtenders are knowledgeable on there product. And dispensary itself looks immaculate. Always in there for the 2 prerolls for 20 (Night terror being my favorite) having worked at Mayflower and Ermont I can honestly say the bud that you grab from health circle is good sourced can't wait for there in house stuff to be ready to try out and review. I’ve been coming here for years. Loyal customer. Know the faces. You’d think that’d earn me at least baseline decency. Nope.

I went in to grab my to-go order: 7g flower, 3 packs of gummies, and some RSO tablets. The system wouldn’t let me order the full 7g, so I asked why. The guy behind the counter — let’s call him Mr. Emotionally Unavailable — flatly tells me, ā€œOh, you’re over the limit.ā€ Okay, fine. I ask how the gummies/tablets count toward the 28g daily limit. Reasonable question, right?

His response? A dismissive ā€œNo, I can’t.ā€ He spins the computer around like he’s revealing state secrets, showing me vague numbers without any actual explanation. I’m confused — not rude, not yelling — just confused about how milligrams magically equal grams of flower.

Then, out of nowhere, a random customer calls me an asshole to my face. For asking a question. I look at her, genuinely confused, and say, ā€œCan you mind your business, please?ā€ That’s when everything shifts. The staff’s body language flips — now I’m the problem. Mr. Emotionally Unavailable shuts down completely. No effort to help, no workaround, no ā€œlet’s drop a gram so you can keep your tablets.ā€ Nothing. Just cold stares and vibes of ā€œget out.ā€

So I left without the tablets. Later, I did the math myself: I was over by 1.4 grams. That’s it. We could’ve solved it in 90 seconds, but apparently, asking questions after 8:30 PM (they close at 9) is an unforgivable sin.

Here’s the reality: if you know exactly what you want and never ask questions, you’ll be fine. But if you’re confused, curious, or — heaven forbid — want to understand how the law works, they’ll make you feel like a nuisance. And if another customer insults you and you defend yourself? You’ll still be treated like the villain.

Summary: • Don’t ask questions. • Don’t expect help. • Don’t show confusion. • Definitely don’t react if a stranger insults you.

If you enjoy being stonewalled, rushed out, and treated like a problem, Health Circle’s your spot. If you expect clarity, respect, or basic customer service? Keep driving.

Update: Apparently I’m Public Enemy #1

So, I decided to give Health Circle a month-long cool-off period — both for me and apparently for them to recover from the trauma of my ā€œconfusion.šŸ¤£ā€ I placed an order online, drove all the way there, and was greeted at the door like I had single-handedly destroyed the space-time continuum.

The guy at the front informs me, with all the gravitas of someone announcing a royal decree, that I’m banned, my order is canceled, and apparently they called me to tell me so. Newsflash: they did none of that. I wasted gas, time, and sanity just to be treated like I committed a felony.

A kind lady came out — she wasn’t there the day of the original incident I think ?— and explained the situation. I was told I could come back Monday to speak to whoever I needed to discuss the ā€œgravityā€ of my crimes and potentially move forward.

I told them: let’s get the camera’s booted up — and see the footage of this ā€œirate criminalā€ who you are treating as if they terrorized your store when in reality was genuinely confused and asked a few questions. But apparently, asking my local weed rep any questions about his job equivalent to murder in the eyes of the Health Circle employees of Rockland.

Moral of the story: If you want to get banned for asking questions and showing confusion, this is the place for you.

So my original post is below. I was writing review to try and help them fix their problem.. WELL THEY DID!!! I was contacted by management!!! He asked me to explain all my problems and what can they do to fix them… To start off THEY ARE NOT THE ONES TO ROLL THEM.. so I am wrong about it being marshfield and I apologize for assuming… It’s just the company they are getting it from. So they will reach out to them and fix the issue So originally, I gave them two stars to the review below. However, within 48 hours I was contacted and felt my concerns were addressed. So now they deserve a five star review. !!!!!! Chris is amazing and saving this company!!!!! He reached out and made me feel like I was more than a paying customer!! It made me feel like my opinion mattered and for that I will continue to be a customer of health circle even though I have my medical card!!! Kerry Wong is still my favorite worker however Chris is getting close haha.. thanks again for reaching out and fixing my issue.. The review below was made one day and within 24 hrs, I was contacted and it was addressed. Great job!!!! (Original post below)

I’m not sure if marshfield opening is the reason but the quality has gone down recently.. you buy 4 pre-rolls. One comes out ok, One is all flimsy, heads fallen off because it’s not tight and then losing half your joint, one is so loose that by the time you fix it before you even smoke it, it’s half a joint now. I have been going here for years and you can see in the past two months that it’s gone downhill fast. I’ve even received a container with no pre-roll in it. However, I had left the store so I couldn’t prove it. So now I check. This is only been in the past few months otherwise I would’ve given them five stars. But you can’t fix something. You don’t know. I truly hope it’s just marshfield opening and they get their stuff in order. I actually have a medical card and still go here, however, if the quality stays like this, I will have to go...

I visited a few days ago I didn’t think I would have any issues since my visits have always been smooth , but I over heard a conversation between a few workers that made me uncomfortable and didn’t seem like it was suppose to be a conversation while working. I believe she was a manager by the way she was talking badly about her piers. I’ve never heard anything like this before, I don’t think they noticed I heard but the manager with curly hair shouldn’t be be a manager if she talks about the workers/work environment that way. I will be going to Marshfield for now on, I don’t support bullying.

EDIT: There’s not much to say, I walked in expecting the same great experience but instead overhead not a very nice conversation. Manager talking about employees to their other employees seems like drama within the company, I feel bad to whomever she was referring to i’ve never had bad experiences with anyone here personally never do i want to shop with people that can talk about their own workers not my style.
