Seasons Café & Deli — Restaurant in Rockland

Might have just been a one off lemon experience but our stop was disappointing considering all of the other positive reviews. We came in around 9:45am looking for breakfast and coffee but in the interest of saving time just went with coffee (2 hot and 2 iced). The woman behind the counter asked if we wanted the hot coffees right away (which seemed weird at the time) so we said we'd take them all at once which was a mistake. I'm not sure if she had to make more ice or something like that but 25 minutes later we told them we'd just take the two hot coffees and left (a couple had come in, ordered a meal and been served the food in that timeframe). To be fair the 2 coffees we did get were pretty good and I'm guessing if it were just those 2 it would have been made a lot faster. My main issue was that, no matter what the reason for the delay was, nothing was said...

Got two Tuscan Chicken sandwiches brought them back to office - we agreed they where great - HOWEVER we all agreed that they where to dry - BUT - they where good enough for a third person to call and order one - he told them we just got two they are great but too dry so do what you need to make this one not dry. Here the problem they said no problem we'll just add a little more vinaigrette to the sandwich that will cost you a additional 50 cents - you need the 50 cents that bad??YOU MAKE make the thing to dry then CHARGE the CUSTOMER more $ to fix it?? although over all pleased - the principal to petty charge us to fix their own problem is wrong will probably deter us from...

I went down to Hingham for a wedding and stayed across the street at the DoubleTree. Needing to find something to eat, I found Seasons Café close by for lunch. The employees were wonderful and friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was perfect! I was craving a panini once I saw the menu, and went with the Panini Club.
