We moved to a small-town last year and made some great friends, when we saw the ornament picture frames my husband and I thought they would be a really nice gifts for Christmas for the new people we met. When our order arrived, the frames looked so nice, but 3 of the frames had problems. My husband was able to fix the glass on the first frame, the second frame, the ornament piece came off of the frame, the third frame was the worse. It actually was missing the top piece of the ornament. I sent an email to the company, and they called me back today. He was the nicest gentleman you would ever want to meet! He stayed on the phone with me for over 20 minutes, he apologized several times and he promised to overnight out a couple of new frames to me. We were upset that the frames we were looking forward to, got messed up, but that happens, the company made it right, and that is the important thing! Oh my gosh they have the WORST customer service. I put an order in for a bunch of frames and had no problem, but in that order was a custom frame of 12" x 12" with a white mat cut out of 7.5" x 7.5". I received said custom frame with an 8" x 8" cut out in the mat. I contacted customer service and heard nothing. I contacted the president who responded immediately and they asked me to send an image of a ruler next to the cut out to prove it was mis-cut. I sent it both as a TIF and JPEG; as an embedded image and an attachment--also without an image with detailed information of the issue. It has been weeks now and I have not heard a word. In the interim, because this was a project for a customer, I bought the correct size mat from Etsy and finished it and got it out. I still have yet to hear from sendaframe. All I'm asking for is reimbursement for the mat I had to shell $$ for. I give them 2 stars because the president is one of the nicest people, because they have a great selection of frames and because my order of standard frames went through without a hitch. I was looking for a double sided picture frame, preferably one that swiveled and hit the jackpot when SendAFrame came up. I selected their clear glass frame on a simple, but beautiful glass base. IT IS PERFECT! The ordering process couldn't have been easier but I did make an error that I didn't notice until after I placed the order. Since it was after business hours I immediately sent an email with an explanation of my mistake. When I checked my email in the morning I found that SendAFrame had already sent a reply and a new invoice reflecting the changes. Now that's good customer service! The frames arrive in just a few days and all six were intact. Each frame was in it's own box and the additional packing material obviously added extra protection.
