Read moreI am a Hairstylist in the Sola Building (studio #2) and share space with Grill Kabob on the other side of our building.
I was so excited for them to open their doors and begin their business.
I love the atmosphere beyond words!!!! It is very clear they make their food with LOVE!
I’m always so happy when I decide to come around and grab my lunch (which is very often if you ask them lol) As soon as I walk in they immediately know my order and are ready for me!
Food is fresh, moist & their presentation when it’s time to eat is soooooooo amazing!
Restaurant is clean to a T and all I gotta say is EVERYTHING is delicious, Fabulous and done with love here in Rockville.
Two more things
Being a hairstylist for over 17 years I want to nourish my body with healthier foods to sustain hours of standing so this place came to us at perfect timing for me and the other stylists.
My clients who are also getting color services done are with me for a few hours and most of them all order from downstairs and bring up to eat while enjoying their hair experience.
You will be coming back over & over I promise...
Read moreI absolutely loved this place when I first visited it three days ago. It was Sunday and I had some of the BEST, most juicy, soft, chicken kabobs in my life. The rice and bread were also respectable.
Fast forward to four days later. I excitedly order the same meal only to face disappointment. The bread was overcooked and crunchy hard, not soft. The kabobs were no longer the soft, amazing, juicy kabobs I had the pleasure of tasting on my first visit. They were slightly overcooked, a little dry, and not nearly as mind-blowing.
Now, this would not be a problem if the food was priced reasonably. But after sales tax, a platter, which consists of mostly basmati rice (65% of the content), bread (20%) meat (10%), and salad (5%) was nearly 16 dollars after tax.
I cannot say it is justified to spend that much on a meal of mostly rice, if it is not paired with the best kabobs. Perhaps I will give it a try in the future, but I feel like my next visit will be to Klay Eats, not this...
