I searched this place and wanted to give it a try after reading the reviews. I walked in and told the front desk person, which was a young gentleman that I would like a table for 6 people and a baby. He pointed to the tables and said âwell Iâm sure we have enough tables for that.â I was expecting a much more nicer response. I had to put the tables together myself to make it a 7 seater. My sister, brother, and I ordered first while waiting for the rest of the party to come. The owner was very nice and helped answered some questions. They come and they ordered. We are now waiting 30+ mins and no food is served⊠not even water. The diner is pretty packed at this point. No big deal. Another 10 mins go by and I decided to go up to the front and ask for some water because we have been waiting for a while and are thirsty? Young gentleman has headphones in and is on his phone. âExcuse me?â No response. Doesnât even look my way. I wait for the owner to come back to the front and asked her âMay we have some water please?â She said âit would be right outâ.Waiting for 10 mins for water. When I was at the front, I seen ALL of our food on the table. Just waiting for someone to serve them to us. I was furious. I knew our food was cold. Why didnât the young gentleman serve it for us while the owner was running back and forth to the kitchen and the front? Food was finally served and it definitely wasnât hot anymore and it wasnât the best. It wasnât worth the hype at all. I tried to be nice. I even tipped. The hash browns were still raw. I could even mash them into mashed potatoes. My sister said I was being mean but I wasnât. I ate a couple more bites because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nope. There was no flavor whatsoever. Also, the avocado tasted off. It looked fake. Iâll stick to original pancake house next time. I asked everyone else if they liked their food and they said yes. They gave it a 7/10. Everyone experience was different. It just sucked my experience was terrible. Wonât be coming back. I was...
Read moreThe coffee here is absolutely phenomenal! I only stopped by because it happened to be the closest store during a different work commute. The place is a little hard to find based on the Google map directions because it's on the backside of a locked residential apartment complex, but it's definitely worth seeking out.
The coffee they make is absolutely singular! It's hard to find something that great even at a dedicated café but they whipped it out from the kitchen! I take my coffee without milk and sugar so I can definitely tell when something is over or under extracted but this...
Read moreChill, relaxed, the way breakfast is supposed to be. Warm, fluffy French toast with a tiny bit of crunch, fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy/soft shredded hashbrowns and fully cooked sausage (youâd be surprised at some places that donât think that through) were complimented by a perfect cup of coffee, Cholula on the counter, and warm maple syrup. It was so good I almost didnât want to tell yâall about it.
This place doesnât tap dance, itâs just solid good food - like going to your...
