This shop has a gorgeous humidor and a nice location complete with a great looking lounge and a backyard area that seems like it would be a great place to chill. That being said, anyone who’s ever helped me/worked there hasn’t worn a mask one time i’ve been there. no social distancing and no regard for the fact that this product is something you’re going to put in your mouth. also, every stick i’ve purchased has been at least $1-2 dollars more expensive than any where else in town. sanitation in a cigar shop should be treated similarly to a kitchen- again, something you’re going to PUT IN YOUR MOUTH. Ive been wanting to come here for a while now.Selection was ok but the man attending the the place was not very hospitable. I like to browse because there's always something different I'd like to try. He stayed with us in the humidor until we were done shopping. It was very awkward. My buddy smelled a cigar and he pretty much scolded him for it. We are both in our 40s and the last thing I need is something looking over my shoulder seeing what I'm doing. After walking into the shop that shall not be named and not having a single person greet us or offer us any assistance after standing there for two minutes, we decided to head down the road to Eldorado and I am so glad we did. This shop truly makes your experience feel like home, pun intended. The guy working there that day, Bridge, was incredible! Friendly, informative to use cigar novices, and welcoming as all get out.
