KidZone — Attraction in Rockwall

We spent 6 hours straight at the playground with my 9,6,3,1 year old kids. Every played and made friends and had fun the entire time! I could relax because there is one secure gate in and out also the turf is so soft tripping doesn’t lead to scraped knees. There was nice adult seating with shade. The restrooms were good. There’s a unique “swing with me” swing made for an adult to sit with a kid in their lap (perfect for lulling 1 year old down for a park nap). Since it was remodeled and re-opened in late 2022, this park is absolutely amazing and should be a standard for all others in the area. It is considered an inclusive park as it's design is made for children of all abilities. The best part is while my daughter (10 yrs) was playing there with other kids, she didn't recognize that it was made for kids with special needs, she just said this park is awesome for kids. Fantastic park!! First it's gated in, like a pool latch so kids cannot escape unless they are teens. Adults were also good about not letting any wandering kids escape when they tried to enter. There is plenty to do in the playground area. This is an inclusive park so it had a wheelchair access point to the play structure. It also had zip lines and ninja walls to run up for older kids.
