If I could give this company negative stars, I absolutely would. I should have read the reviews about shipping before purchasing any item. I purchased two tshirt dresses on 7/31 at 1:18 pm. The website says they ship fast and if you order before 2, it would ship that day. The website also states that the order gets to you in 2-4 business days. I received my order on August 4th. I like to say at 36 years old, that I can count pretty well and my math states that was 5 days including the day of ordering. If you look at your calendar, August 4th is on a Friday. My mail runs around 2:30-3:30 and I get home from work around 4:45. The return policy states that the order must be returned within 7 days of the order. Which in my opinion, is physically impossible considering the 7th day would fall on a Sunday. I decided on August 5th that I no longer wanted the items because they didnât fit correctly so I requested a refund on that day. According to customer service, I should have ran as fast as I could to the post office on the 6th after working from 8-5 and not getting a lunch break to return said package. If returned on the 6th, they would have given me âgraceâ and honored the 7 days. Unbeknownst to me, I returned the item on the 10th thinking Iâm getting a full refund minus having to pay for the shipping back to them. The package arrived to the facility on August 14th. I emailed the company the next day to find out when I would receive a refund. Coincidently, they take 7 business days to process said return. On the 8th business day (today) I email them yet again and magically I get an email that says âreturn rejectedâ due to requesting the refund and it being âseveral days after requesting the label.â Iâm not sure when 4 days turned into serval but I guess thatâs my personal opinion. Please think twice before ordering ANYTHING from this company because of the ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS return policy. I am now stuck with a $73 store credit that I clearly donât want. Do better and change your return policy to benefit customers and not yourselves. Also, I was told that they have this policy because they have a quick turn around of items on their website. Funny, the two shirt dresses I bought are still on the website up for sale almost a month later. The return policy only benefits one person here and it sure isnât...
   Read moreI am extremely disappointed with what is in my opinion a predatory refund policy of this business. I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter according to size charts. They were both too big. They only give you 7 DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER (also includes the shipping time!!!) to get a cash refund otherwise they will ONLY give you store credit. By the time my daughter tried to go through their entire website to pick something else out because they did not have smaller sizes in the dresses she ordered, we were unfortunately past the unreasonable 7 day window (we had like 3.5 days to decide by the time it shipped to us!). We had to order something elsewhere to get it within the time she needed. When we explained this to them with the back and forth emails, they REFUSED a refund and would only offer store credit even though items are new with tags in tact and nothing else she likes in her size. I gave them every opportunity to make it right before I posted a review but they did not care and only threatened with legal action. Nothing I am saying is false. I am still within my 30 day âexchangeâ window but I am afraid to send them back bc thereâs nothing else she wants and then they will have my items with no refund! I am out $140.00. BUYER BEWARE. have never dealt with an online company with this type of unreasonable refund practice! All the philanthropy they professâŚhey why donât you start with treating your customers better! Lesson learned. Stay away! If what you need is not in your size and you need it by a certain date YOU ARE SCREWED after 7 days and they will KEEP YOUR MONEY.
UPDATE: I REJECT YOUR RESPONSE. What difference did it make if I contacted you 1 day or 15 days past the 7 day mark? I was still within your "exchange period". YOU WERE ADAMANT THAT THE 7 DAY MARK HAD PAST AND NO MONEY WOULD BE RETURNED. It took 4 days to receive my package! I told you that by the time my daughter had a chance to try it on and go through hundreds of products that she DID NOT WANT for an exchange, we had exceeded our 7 day time frame. You stated in your email you would by forwarding the emails to your legal counsel. PLEASE DO! Your "canned" answer to everyone with this complaint is pathetic. I placed an order on the 14th, did not receive my package until the 20th (Iâm unsure if my mailing carrier had problems or something but I didnât not receive it on the 19th). And it was a blatant lie that âit took quiteâ some time because I requested a shipping label on the 22nd. Which apparently is eons from when I received it. Therefore HOW IS IT MY FAULT for the mailing system. And you said that âyou gave me an extra dayâ for return, WHICH IS A LIE!! Because referring to our emails, your policy says 7 days, so if you âgave me an extra dayâ I wouldnât be having this ridiculous problem and would have received a refundâŚ
If I could give negative stars I would. I have never dealt so poorly with a clothing company in my life. The worst interactions I have ever dealt with!!! I had made a purchase and once I received it after 6 days from ordering (even though they stressed that their shipping policy is 2-4 days) and I made a return on the 8th day because I didnât like the way the outfit looked. Apparently the shipping was my fault that it was late getting to me and they would not offer a refund even after contacting them multiple times and telling them that my situation does not follow âtheir policyâ which says it has to be returned within 7 days of ordering. But how am I supposed to make a return in less than 24 hours⌠So be prepared to be out all of your money!!! Will never be buying from...
