TR Holsters — Local services in Rockwell

Ordered a holster on October 18th, realized that i had chose the wrong model firearm and called them/emailed them back the same day. Never got a response. Called and emailed them at least a dozen times and never got a response. Today is December 20th and the holster arrived in the mail built for the wrong firearm, but it was the one that I ordered on accident. I will never use this company again as this was my trial run with them. Too bad, I own a gun store and was going to direct all the custom holsters to these guys if the quality was good. The lack of return on phone calls and emails and the 90 days to get a product that was promised to be here in 30 -45 days is unforgivable.

You obviously found us and the order we made since you left a fake review on my business. I never said that i didn't make the order incorrectly I said that I contacted you many times and you never responded, which I can prove. I called, emailed, and used the contact function on your website to contact you Judging by the other reviews that were posted before me that this is a recurring theme. I notice that you didn't mention anything about the 90 days to get the holster sent out even though the site says 30 days. Why don't you take a hint and respond to people when they try to contact you, if you have an issue with your voicemails or email or contact form on your website that's your issue.

I have attached a copy of the invoice from you since you continue to say it is a fake review. Rather than contact and try to come to a solution you attack and curse at people along with leaving false reviews on their business. I'm upset about the lack of response when trying to contact you but you are immediate on responding here. If you did contact me like i had requested you would have known that i know i made a mistake and would have just ordered the correct holster and kept the incorrect one if it had already been made. I wont be trying to return this holster, . I wont be trying to charge back the amount that I paid, Ill buy a M18 and a Tlr-7 to use as a carry for myself since it is a well made holster. Stay as FAR AWAY from this company as possible. If I could give them a no star review I would. A work colleague had an awful experience with this company and I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. I should have listened to the reviews. I had ordered an IWB holster on august 6. It only shipped on September 3 . This is after texting back and forth with them and being assured that the product would be shipped multiple times and then eventually being told that it had shipped on August 29 which it was not. When asking for tracking information I was told it would be sent to my email which it was not and then ghosted when I reached out again asking for the tracking info. I had specifically asked for the order to be cancelled and to issue me a refund to which I got no reply. After a month of waiting for a sub par kydex holster it finally arrived after multiple requests for the order to be cancelled before the product had shipped. I reached out yet again only to be told that no refunds can be issued according to policy. The policy also states that orders shall be shipped within 10-14 working days which mine was not. They are liars and should be ashamed of the way they conduct "business". I wish I could complain about the service more but the fact is there isn't any service to complain more about. Before the owner replies to this review as they have to previous warranted one star reviews trying to blame the customer for their terrible service. Again stay as far away as you can from this company , you are better off with a less expensive better quality holster from one of the many local holster manufacturers, that actually care about...

This company is a scam. I ordered from eBay and they are telling me they have no order from me. They charged my bank account for the amount the holster costed. I contacted support and they can't help me apparently. I've sent then everything they've wanted and now they are telling me to contact eBay. What a scam. Save your time and money and go somewhere with actual customer service.

Edit: Funny, you're more responsive here. I SENT YOU THE PAGE WITH MY ORDER NUMBER AND ID NUMBER AND EVERYTHING - EVEN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AND YOU REFUSE TO HELP ME!

Edit #2 (3/21): Today, over a month after I ordered the holster, I got an update that my item was shipped. That message just so happened to come right after I reported it to eBay as an "Item never received". Finally, after arguing with employees that I ordered something they never sent, being told that they cannot help me, sending them a PDF of my order(AS REQUESTED), then them going radio silent, and me contacting eBay about never getting what they charged me for - my item has shipped.

A month to ship... horrible customer service... radio silence.. providing what they asked me for and still silence... I highly recommend you shop elsewhere. Plenty of places to buy holsters, nothing special about these.
