𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝘂𝗱𝗲. 𝙂𝙤 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙚𝙡𝙨𝙚 𝙪𝙣𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙖 𝙗𝙚 𝙖 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙖 𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣'𝙨 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙥. This used to be such a good store. My fiance and I have been regulars here for over a year. Sometimes going as much as once a week. I successfully made a purchase with the same woman that lost this place two regular customers this Friday night, as recently as 2 weeks ago.

The woman who worked tonight asked me for ID immediately. My fiance got theirs out too but was immediately told she didn't need to see ID from her though because "she recognized her." Not only was she rude when I had the nerve to ask a question about a product but as soon as she had my ID I was immediately tested on my birthday (which I knew) and then was refused sale, claiming my ID was invalid because it was out of state. Which is moronic because it's not. Once I pointed out that it clearly said North Carolina, she was even ruder and flustered. Her only excuse was "it's invalid, it's illegal to sell anything to you." Over and over. I'm a regular. I've bought stuff from HER specifically. Im 25 years old and have had the same ID since I was 18. Yeah- it's old, but valid, legal and in date. I have no problems anywhere else. I feel extremely discriminated against because my ID wasn't "invalid" before I dyed my hair different colors and showed off my piercings. She didn't even look at my ID before then.

I left the store but my fiance didn't and was allowed, without proof of age, to purchase of tobacco products. Including a vape. Lady just refused to let my fiance buy the one I wanted because she knew my age and "knew it was going to me." There's no way anyone could not take this personally. What an awful experience, it's literally just mean. Treat your customers with kindness, it's not hard to find another vape shop that's almost always out of stock which is exactly...

More for disposables and liquids only, don't expect any vape parts and they barely have pods. This place is for cigarettes and disposable vapes, that's it. Although I did get done dirty buying a few vapes got home and they were leaking. I bought multiples out of the cheaper box, had to get a ride since I couldn't drive atm so the receipt and stuff stayed in bag for 2 days on day 3 the girl said no refunds, even though I only opened 1 and got juice all over me, I just looked really close at the others to see they were soaked so I wasted money, always check your disposables even if you buy 100 of them, tear them open inside and make sure they work before leaving, which I do at every shop now. Kinda sad it wasn't like I wanted to steal 20 dollars I jus wanted the 2 replaced... other than that get your disposables here just make sure u check them if they are on sale...

I just left main Street tobacco I spent about $150 a week in there for my husband's cigarettes and my oldest son cigarettes and stuff and she sold me a vape that didn't work and then when I took it back in there she had the nerve to get mad and tell me to leave the store because I asked for her to switch it I will never go back in that store so that's about $600 a month they won't be making then refuse to give me the manager's name or number or...
