Can't give 0 stars so this is the next best thing. Ordered the "loaded" cheese fries which could be summed up as food lion fries, with Kraft cheese slices, diced tomatoes, and a pack of sour cream. One of the employee's girlfriend's was there with her 3 kids one of which that kept running in the kitchen without a hairnet. The salad was warm, the pizza crust was possibly made out of cardboard and tasted like it, the pepperoni had the texture of rubber, my pizza loving 9 year old took one bite and refused to eat more because it's so bad. The ravioli was rubbery and dry and the red pasta sauce tasted like off brand pizza sauce. Let's top it off with the "garlic bread" was some stale rock hard bread with the most disgusting smelling artificial garlic oil on it. THAT WAS JUST THE FOOD The service was beyond piss poor. As a former server I can understand if a place is busy or short staffed that the service can be lacking, however with 2 servers and a whole 2 tables the service or lack there of was awful. It took at least 5 minutes between times we saw an server, more most of the time. I asked for a small cup of ranch in hopes of salvaging the "loaded" fries, it took 5 minutes for her to walk on the other side of the wall and come back with the dressing and fling it on the table like walking and opening the cooler door where the dressing cups were stored was the most difficult inconveniencing task she had performed all day. When asked about the meal we didnt touch we were very honest about how awful it was. It took another 10 minutes before we were informed our check would be up front. My friend was charged for food she didn't even order and now I'm pretty nauseous off the bite of pizza and single ravioli I ate.

OK, honest review this food is amazing, we got wings, cheese, bread, salads, kids, hamburger and kids pasta with butter sauce everyone love their food. Grape leaves were amazing. Feta was amazing. Wings were crispy. But there was a lot of weird downfalls. For instance, the table beside us waited about 15-20 minutes before she even took their order. I totally would’ve left. But in her defense she was waiting on the entire dining room by herself. The bathroom was all clogged up and she was nonchalant about it that “it happens” and nothing they can do about it. We say an elderly person on the way in and tried to warn her. Def need a working bathroom. Also the carpet and seating was atrocious. The seats were fabric and FILLED with stains and crusty I was so glad we a were going home for post pool showers right after. Sitting in those chairs gave me the ick. Also lots of tacky, dusty decor, low lighting and looks like hasn’t been updated since the 90s. They even still had Christmas lights up front. If this place had some sprucing it would be a 5 star killer for real. Your guest deserve to be more comfortable. In all the food was that good that I will be back. The food has always been good but the service is highly questionable. This time they had brought their kids to work and seated us right in front of them. I love my kids but my wife and I went out for a break. Didnt get one. Also another couple came in 15 minutes after we did ordered the same thing as we did and they got their food before us. This is probably the last time we will eat here. Good food but not worth the headaches. We have been here about 40 minutes and still no food. Ok 50 minutes now. STILL NO FOOD!!! Ok so found out they forgot to put our order in. There was 3 couples in the restaurant us being one of them. It took 1 hour to get our food and they were so generous as to give us our fries for free.
