The people at the store are very dishonest. I brought in a whole bunch of items including my Waterford crystal. I called 2 days before my items shouldâve been picked up or I would lose them. I just wanted to make sure exactly when I needed to be there by to get them. A worker told me my Waterford crystal stays for 90 days not 60 days. So I left those there. When I went back to get them before the 90 days was up. They supposedly couldnât find them and then proceeded to say they were supposed to be picked up after 60 days. I told them that is not what I was told over the phone. They told me a manager would call me. No one called. So I called back to ask where my glasses were again. Manager keeps saying systems were down again. They canât find my glasses and they donât know what happened to them. Said she would call me back again but still never did. She just kept saying did you read your contract. It states 60 days. But that is not what the employee told me. Funny how they donât even know if they sold them or donated them and they refuse to call me back. I would never have just gave them my Waterford glasses and the store really doesnât care.    Read morehad a very disappointing experience at your store. I was told by a friendly employee at the front desk that I would be able to receive a promotion that was starting soon. She even gave the promotion to the customer before me and assured me that she would apply it to my purchase as well, so I took the time to pick out several high-value items, including a purse and designer pieces totaling around $500.
However, when I went to the register, a store manager suddenly appeared and informed me that I would not be receiving the promotion because it hadnât officially started yet. I explained that the employee had already said she would honor the promotion and had done so for another customer just before me, but the manager refused and was dismissive.
This kind of inconsistency and lack of professionalism is very disappointing. I ended up leaving all the items behind and leaving the store. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and customer service...
   Read more1 * only because I can't give zero. They take what they want from who they want. With all the stuff I took their most of them brand tnew. I was told they're all sold at set for 1. They sent me to find it it was nowhere to be found. they truly act as though they're doing you a favor they don't seem to understand that if you don't bring your clothes to them they'd be like the old trashed up consignment store across the street. They make it hard for you to get what little money you get for your items.
