Subway — Restaurant in Rocky Hill

I had bad experience with this subway in rocky hill twice . once I went with family for subs . we bought a sub and kids asking for water as they were very thirsty and one of the staff members asked to pay for that water. after some days I am with family with kids went again the same subway well before 25 mins around 7:25 in the evening and bought subs. as kids very hungry and sat in the store and started eating. on the middle of the eating, the same staff member ( same lady) asked to leave the store as it was 8:00 and store to be closed and we were at the middle of eating. I requested 5 mins but she did not listen to us. I feel very insulted my self and left the store. I think customers who already in the store should not be treated like this. I hope store owner can understand the situation what we faced and he can ensure such things wont happen to...

I went in there and ordered a foot-long turkey with bacon and guacamole. The gentleman had no idea what guacamole was when he made the foot-long grinder put four little pieces of turkey on it. That’s not typical for subway I eat at Subway at least once a week and half for the last 20 years, not impressed. I saw the sign on the door that said under new management they are not gonna make it. Don’t correct these issues skimp on the meat doesn’t work then he tried to charge me $20 for the sandwich. Should’ve been about 15 or 16 good luck I will not come back to this store . Is this salad? I suppose that depends on how you define salad. If by salad, you meant a mess of soupy brown lettuce without anything you requested on it, then yes, I suppose this is salad. For $11, I would at least expect the bowl to be full of this concoction, not halfway to the brim with the remnants of the vinegar tray, lettuce trap, and spinach holder that hasn’t been changed since last October. I will say the tomatoes were a nice touch… because there was so few of them that you couldn’t really mess it up. I also liked the complete lack of grilled chicken. Good thing we wrote that we’d be taking this on a plane. It stank too....
