I’m never going here ever again! Yesterday 7/25/19 I stopped by so I can pick up some vape juice. I usually order them online but needed a juice quickly. Anyways I decided to buy a juice that was called sorbet it was peach and nectarine mix. Also bought a naked juice for my fiancé, along with some gummy life savers. Once I got in my car I noticed that the expiration date was crossed out with marker. Well they didn’t do a good job covering it because the date said 08/18! So I went back in to let him know, he didn’t say not one Word to me. He opens the register and gives me my money back, again never said anything! Then he proceeds to put the expired juice back on the shelf!! Are u kidding me??!! I asked him if there was another juice that cost around the same amount? Again I got nothing! So I said “ u know what just give me that mango juice”, paid and left. Was trying to look at the exp date but couldn’t see it. When I got back home I finally saw the date, and what do u know 1/24/2019 and my fiancé’s was 12/18. Oh I’m not done. The 2 bags of life savers WERE ALSO EXPIRED! 12/18!! Very displeased with the business. Last week I purchased several disposable vape products. Ultimately one of those items was defective aka it did not vapirize any liquid and pull it up through the filter. It cost $12. I brought the defective item back 3 days later and was told to return when the manager was available, day 4. On day 4, the associate at the counter would not get the manager; told me the policy existed because of the potential for scammers. He so suggested that I could try any item in the store after purchase and offered me half off the purchase of a new one. I wasn't even asking for my money back but to replace the defective item. Okay so now if I buy more than one of these I have to open all of them to try immediately to determine if they are a viable product? They have everything you could possibly want. The prices are unbeatable. This place has had a bad reputation as a head shop, however they are fully equipped with all traditional Vape, salt nicotine based vape, and with that the variety they offer is larger than I have seen in most explicitly vape shops. The prices are lower than anywhere else I've seen and they offer anywhere from products that will fit right in your pocket to a serious mod. The only thing I will say is although the staff is amazing here, truly. I would suggest knowing what you need before going in there because they will help you the best they can however the realm of vaping and everything has gotten so big it's hard to keep up when you so everything from groceries to CBD products.
