I went in for an undercut shave. The girl who cut my hair was super sweet. But she accidentally shaved my hair that I had put up so that wouldn’t happen... she didn’t acknowledge it, and just kept shaving... she went way too far up, and left it uneven. 😩😭 When I got out to my car I took my hair down to fix and a HUGE CLUMP came out... I didn’t go back in, because I was in tears as my undercut looks awful, and is now uneven, and she took my sides up way too far. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a undercut.... Had she acknowledged that she accidentally gripped my hair that was up and apologized I would have given more stars... I hope she learns how to prevent that from happening. I know mistakes happen but maybe pay more attention and don’t rush. I felt as if she was rushing to get it done... She was done within 5 minutes, and I have very thick stubborn hair... it should have taken 10-15 minutes and this mistake probably wouldn’t...
