Chill, laid back environment. I can see how some ppl may be a tad bit "intimidated" or whatever; but these guys (I've met 3 so far - & they're understandably quiet if you're new - but they run a good business. This is my new favorite spot) are cool & pass the vibe check. You gotta remember they're in a semi shiesty area - so gotta be on your Ps & Qs - I definitely felt safe in the store & have had good customer service. Easy business/transaction & they have just about anything you'd want/need at a smoke shop. I've had no problems with the service or environment. I like these dudes and wanna support this business. This is NOT a smoke shop. This is a ghetto “I get my stuff from Indiana and sell it here in Chicago.” Kind of dump. I went in to get 3 packs of blunts and the prison escapee at the counter said “I can only sell you one pack, I have other customers.” I just laughed at him and walked out. I would only go here for papers, everything else is an awful selection and the quality doesn't seem worth the price. The staff are not welcoming or friendly. I have been to a lot of smoke shops and this one is by far the worst one I have been to in 6 years, it's fine in a pinch but lacking in too many things to make it worth being a consistent...
