I’ve been coming to the Theo for a few years now and every performance is thoughtful with fantastic talent. I was surprised that they recently decided to take on the musical Diana given its previous bad reviews of other productions but their take on it has been incredible. We went to the first preview of “Grey Gardens” last night at Theo Ubique. Terrific show. Have to admit that I wasn’t sure how good a musical about that topic could be - after seeing the documentary and all - and I was delightfully surprised. Fantastic show - Harmony does an amazing job as Edie, especially in the second act. She is so, so good. Really enjoyed the show.

I love this theater! It’s so small that you get to be right at the front of the action. The acting and singing has always been top notch. And the staging, lighting, and set design are often good and different for each production! Seats are comfortable with good leg room. I have a subscription, and you get some nice perks like discounted tickets for friends and reserved seats.
