One More Tattoo — Local services in Rogers Park Township

I went to One More Tattoo after having a less than stellar first tattoo at another shop in the area. I was a bit hesitant but almost immediately my nerves were calmed by the treatment and attitude of the artist. Sammy did an amazing job helping me settle on a placement as i was unsure where i thought would be best. During the tattoo she checked in often with me to make sure I was still doing good, and we had great conversation which kept me calm and centered. When it was time for colour she and i discussed the different shades and how they'd look together, while keeping in mind my budget. After it was finished she went over aftercare and had recommendations for topical ointment during it's healing, and even suggested a few things to make my next tattoo appointment easier pain wise. My tattoo experience here was amazing! I had a short timeline for getting my tattoo and working with Jorge was great - he was very flexible with scheduling to make sure I made it in before I moved, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the design before booking. The shop was clean, Jorge was very helpful with education about aftercare and other topics, and the actual tattooing process was extremely smooth and comfortable. I love how the tattoo turned out, and the price was extremely fair especially taking into account the quality of the tattoo and other prices in the area. I've wanted to have a turtle tattoo done since about a week after my mom's funeral last November (there are sentimental reasons) but I had a block up that I couldn't break down.
