Mellow Maker — Attraction in Evanston Township

As much as I want to gatekeep this gem of a studio, it wouldn't be fair because the experience Nik created was truly phenomenal. We had the best time learning how to make stained glass, an art form I've always been interested in, and Nik's casual yet professional instruction made it so approachable. He has all the tools you could possibly need, and even provided waters/soft drinks and stayed open later to accommodate our large group. Went to Mellow Maker for the stained glass class - we had an excellent experience! Nik gave very clear and helpful instruction along the way. I made an avocado, and my wife made a lime. If you're even remotely interested, consider this your sign to book a class! No prior experience is necessary (I had none) and Nik provides a very accessible, unpretentious environment to learn and try things out with support. I had so much fun at my stained glass class with Nik! I have no artistic talent and haven’t done crafts before so was a bit nervous, but Nik made the process easy and fun. I highly recommend taking a class at Mellow Maker, it’s a great spot for a date, corporate event or team building event, or activity with friends or family.
