I don't think dashers and their customers should have to wait 25+ minutes for a total of 6 drinks.
I went into a stall, said I had an order to pick up which they took, then received a second order after that which they took. Both orders were only drinks. After waiting a good 15 minutes for said drinks, I pressed the button again to try and ask how much longer it would be. 10 minutes pass while I wait for someone to pick up. Nothing. Then it was past the time my dash for that day would have ended. I finally decided to knock on the window as a last resort. Nothing. There was literally nothing I could've done but unassign the orders and leave at that point, so I did.
If I had waited any longer I would have been penalised for delivering the orders excessively late, which wouldn't of been anywhere near my fault. Not only that but this is my and many others' only source of income which seriously should not be played around with. Dashers have bills to pay and need food to eat. Read moreI've had more problems at this Sonic than at all other locations put together. Most recently, I ordered, and 20+ minutes later had still not received my order. I used the call button to check on it and was told that my order had been dropped in the kitchen (whatever that means) and they'd get it out to me asap. I assumed that means I would at least get fresh and hot food that they remade, but no. It was barely warm and had obviously been sitting on a shelf for 20+ minutes and they didn't bother to remake it. I didn't eat there because I was late due to waiting so long, and didn't find out the food was cold until too late. I'm just going to stop using this location. Unfortunate because it is a really convenient location for me but I'm done with them. This was only one of many incidents. They need to be under new management, badly.
Sonic, as I look through the comments for this location they have lots of 1 and 2 star reviews for various issues. Whatever you're doing to correct it obviously...
Read moreHonestly I love Sonic but will never go back to this location. Worst management and bad food. We were rang up incorrectly and charged 3 dollars more for less food. If we didnt catch the mistake they wouldn't have. They said they couldnt adjust the payment at that point becayse it waa on a card so we could come back and get a free combo (didnt give us a coupon or anything). Slushies were incorrect. My husband's burger was literally a slider, and my corn dogs were fine outside but raw batter inside. The manager came out and asked us what our problem was in a rude way. I showed him and tried explaining and then he said he COULD refund our money. He came back later and had fresh corn dogs that WERE cooked longer.. But still had raw batter inside. I tried explaining to them that the corn dogs weren't made correctly but they argued and didn't care to listen. We won't be back. I came happy and hungry and left...
