Worst customer service .. never had a bad experience with customer service until now. I patiently waited my turn to be checked out & there was a person in front of us waiting to cash out. They kept prioritizing the people ordering and didn’t have a set person to check out the people waiting to check out. As we patiently waited about 10 mins to check out, it was finally our turn and they let someone else cut infront of me to check them out. I mentioned I’m just looking to check out these few items and she said she was going to help the people who didn’t wait in line first. After she finally checked us out, she asked if we wanted a bag and we said yes please still with good manners and she just left the bag there for us to bag our own items and didn’t even say have a good day and just walked away.

El peor servicio de atención al cliente. Nunca había tenido una mala experiencia con el servicio de atención al cliente en este lugar hasta ahora. Esperé pacientemente mi turno para que me cobren y había una persona frente a nosotros esperando para cobrar. Seguían dando prioridad a las personas que ordenaban y no tenían una persona fija para revisar a las personas que esperaban para salir. Mientras esperábamos pacientemente unos 10 minutos para salir, finalmente fue nuestro turno y dejaron que alguien más cortara delante de mí para revisarlos. Mencioné que solo quería que me cobrara estos pocos artículos y ella dijo que iba a ayudar a las personas que no esperaron en la fila. Después de que finalmente nos revisó, nos preguntó si queríamos una bolsa y le dijimos que sí, por favor, todavía con buenos modales y ella simplemente dejó la bolsa allí para que hiciéramos empacar nuestros propios artículos y ni siquiera dijo que tuviera un buen día y...

My first time I went there I got an elote on the stick and it was amazing. I came back a second time where the lady said they didn't have any and they only came in the cup. Gaslit me hard that they only had the cup, I seriously questioned if I actually went to that store. But I did, and it sucked, my family told me when I came back it was the right store and we definitely went there. The snacks are pretty good, the service is kind of a meh depends on who you talk to. The lady with dyed blonde hair is usually kind of rude.
