I gave them 1 star because 0 stars wasnât an option. I rented a washer/dryer set from Aaronâs in Rolla. I wasnât really overly excited with the set but decided to keep it. A part broke from the bottom of the inside and I called they came out and fixed the part. After that the washer would make a loud noise when in use. The manager argues with me that what they fixed wouldnât be anything that would cause a problem. I asked what my options were and I was told I could keep it or return it but if I returned it the $900 I had already paid would not be applied to another set. He asked did I want to set up a tone for the. To fix it. Stunned by what he told me and not following Aaronâs policy and the fact I worked for a living I told him to call me Monday and I would see when I could have my mother there for them to look at the washer. He never called; however, he did call on Tuesday wanting his payment. I called the store and spoke to the him and he started arguing that I walked out and didnât tell him anything when in fact I told him twice. He started being argumentative and saying well when can we come out I said I donât know what day are you thinking of so I can get with my mother about her schedule as I said on Saturday I work for a living. He said well we are on the phone letâs just schedule now I said like I told you I wonât be there and I need to get my mothers schedule you said you would call Monday and you didnât so now I need to know what day to get her schedule again. He blew up and said well why donât I just come and get my merchandise then and I said okay weâll pick it up on Wednesday and he said I will and I said okay thank you. About 15 minutes later I called back and spoke to him and told him I wanted in writing the options he gave me because I was calling the corporate office regarding Aaronâs policy that he wasnât following. At that time he said letâs just do it this way I donât like the way you have treated us so Iâm coming to get my merchandise and entering you in the system so you can never rent from Aaronâs again. I told him I had not cussed him, yelled at him or called him names how had I treated them badly and he said he didnât like my tone....If this is the Custer service that you would like go to Aaronâs if you are a profession like me and demand good customer service and being treated daily save yourself some time and...

   Read morei would NOT recommend buying anything from these people. ive purchased 4 items that i paid off in installments strictly because they "report to credit agencies once your agreement is paid off." This is in fact a LIE. according to their general manager Adam they "stopped doing this company wide in 2016" my purchases were all made after 2016 in which i specifically asked if they reported to credit agencies because the only reason i was willing to do installments was for the credit boost.
