I'd been thinking about cutting my long hair, and I finally took the plunge with an A-line bob – simple but exactly what I needed. Michelle R. was my stylist, and she treated my transformation like the project it truly was. She was incredibly respectful and professional throughout the entire process, making me feel completely at ease. My husband and kids have also gotten their hair cut here with different stylists since 2024. I think the key is finding that one stylist who really gets your vibe and understands your style preferences. What I've always loved about this salon is the atmosphere – it's clean, beautifully maintained, and you genuinely feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. Michelle R. did an outstanding job, and I couldn't be happier with my new look. Highly recommend both her specifically and this salon in general for anyone looking for quality service in a comfortable environment.

Read moreI personally had a HORRIBLE experience at this JCPenney hair salon. 😢 After speaking with the Stylist the evening before, I had high expectations for the service I would receive, and I trusted this stylist with my hair. I brought in an inspiration photo of what I would love to aim for with a few sessions. I did NOT expect to meet the goal in the first session, but I did however expect to recieve a caramel color with a SHADOW root like my Stylist promised me after a test strand was performed..not only did my Stylist not provide, she also kept pulling and ripping my hair out while it was soaking wet, and freshly bleached. To the point that I verbalized the pain, and had to move in my chair to ease the extreme discomfort of my scalp feeling like it was going to split open 😢 I am NOT a tender headed person, and I am not exaggerating. I was also charged for services that I did not receive (unless chlorine pool green is a corrective color, and tone) Needless to say, I walked out of the Salon embarrassed, with damp, frizzy, orange hair, without a beautiful shadow root, and with an ugly "CHLORINE POOL GREEN" band. I also caught other employees staring, without saying a word to me or to the Stylist who butchered my hair, as I was paying for this awful service...I cried. My long, beautiful hair is RUINED. I wanted a new look to uplift my self confidence on my journey to a "new me," but was left regretting every decision. 💔 I paid a lot of money for this too, and still left her a tip, because I genuinely hope that she feels bad for what she's done to me! Read moreI had a lady do my hair here in Rolla.. She was super nice however she didnt know what she was doing.. She damaged my hair so bad that it is falling out and feels like concrete or a brillo pad.. I paid $245 and when I took my sister in law who is also a hairdresser in with me (She was busy and couldnt do my hair because i work a lot) and explained why i should have my money back the manager was very unconcerned and insensitive while the other hair dressers were trying to calm me down because i was crying for the fact that my hair has to be all cut off now!!!
