A caretaking client recently purchased a new living room set and a new kitchen table with chairs, which was delivered to his home today by Jason and Justin. I was so impressed with these two young men. Not only were they affable and engaging when dealing with my client and I, but they took extreme care to remove his old furniture and being in his new furniture without scuffing walls, floors or furniture going out or coming in.
It was hot and humid when Jason & Justin arrived, and the were both soaked with sweat by the time they were ready to leave; but both continued to be respectful, courteous, professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciated the excellent customer service Jason and Justin provided to my client.
In addition, my client was very pleased with the customer service he received this past weekend when he visited Paul's to look at furniture options. He expressed that the representative listened to him as he shared his needs, then guided he and his family to the appropriate areas of the store, and stepped away so that he could view what was available and speak openly with his family. After an appropriate amount of time, the representative returned and my client was able to make a purchase that met his needs within his price point. He greatly appreciated that it was not a high pressure sales pitch, and that the representative focused on his specific wants and needs instead of attempting to push higher...
Read moreI purchased a piece of furniture the end of March. I was told it would be in the beginning of June. I called to inquire told it was not going to be in until beginning of July. I called the beginning of July and I was told not in yet. I finally received a call July 26th that is was in. I was told it needed to be put together so I asked what time could I pick up. (Asked to give me a time ) was told to come in anytime that it would be put together in the morning. My husband went to pick it up on the 27th in the afternoon and he was told that he needed to call before picking it up. The day prior I was very clear on asking about picking it up. I called to inquire about why it was not ready. The owner (female) answered the phone and I explained my frustration since the beginning of purchasing this. She interrupted me while I was talking and I asked if I could finishing speaking that it was rude to not let me finish. She told me I was rude. She also told me that I was a liar that I was told to call not to come in anytime. I have spend thousands of dollars with this company and I will never go back. I will say the young tall salesperson is very nice. ( he is the one I talked to about pick up) In the past I have witnessed her being rude to employees and other customers. Read moreI really hate to write this review however, I purchase a bunch of items from here. I was aware of my warranties; my bed mattress didn't last in the first month I got it however we was badly sick with what believe was COVID at that time Feb-Marach, 2023 (we was already practicing social distancing and yes, we was unsure what we had at the time till we was able to see a doctor) but I did get in touch with them about what to do with my warranty on my bed box spring mattress I had a huge hole in the bottom of it and I sent Pictures of it to them through the email address and I also sent it to Pam's Facebook messager she found me on social media to complete , my delivery. I did get one call back but I missed it due to not being well I was in the doctor office, I missed it well I gave her a call back once I regain my voice I actually called back twice on different days and each time I talked to two different employees and both said so sorry to hear you were sick hopefully you get to feeling better Pam will call you back later today and never did. They got the evidence they needed the box spring mattress had a hole in it bigger than my fist. Not happy with how it all went down not able to process my claim with them over my bed box...
