DEE is an awesome person all around, she genuinely cares, she is patient, she tried to get the best products for what you are explaining you need.. I am a medical patient and Iāve been going to dispensaries for years. Iāve never had an employee teach or inform me of products like Dee did. Her positivity and energy are unmatched lol . Iām so grateful I met her.. it is life changing. Thanks so much!
CHRIS- Iāve only gotten the opportunity to meet Chris a few times ( he is always busy!) heās popular and Iāve observed guests that wait specifically for him.. today I got the pleasure of his help and I am beyond pleased!! Chris has such a great personality, heās easy to talk to about whatās going on and what I need , he is also EXTREMELY helpful in explaining things to me and has helped me with things I can do at home to learn!!! Everyone was great! I had a perfect experience as I normally do! I used to go to a bunch of different dispensaries, now I only go to verilife in Romeoville. Iāve never done an online orderā¦. So every time I go in an employee helps me place an order. At Verilife in Romeoville they help me get products that are actually going to help me. Iāve learned so many things from the employees and I really appreciate that . I highly recommend .

I am a former D1 athlete and at 45 , I found myself unable to manage my back pain any longer. I wanted to be able to still play soccer, coach my boys, and help at around the house. Between icing and massages and rest I thought I could manage. I started to take opioids prescribed by my doctor to manage the pain and after over a year I felt myself on the brink of pure reliance on these drugs to get me through the day. I was in for my last round of cortisone shots when my doctor mentioned the OP program. He thought I would be a good candidate so I looked into the program. I met with him again, he filled out his end of the paperwork online and when I got home from the appointment I went online and filed out my end. Piece of cake. Took 10 minutes. I had already done some research on your center since it is close and the reviews were awesome and you lived up to the hype!. The atmosphere was very comforting, very clean, great smell. The staff, amazing! So helpful, Very professional and their product knowledge was excellent. I was in the door and shopping within 5 minutes! So easy! I was excited to know that I was the first OP customer and I can honestly say I am so happy I picked you, Midwest Compassion Center, as my place. I look forward to my next visit. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just recently purchased a few 1g magnitude carts from Verilife and had an issue with one leaking out of the bottom vents. I went to the website and emailed the customer service email that was posted online, followed up a few days later with a phone call to be told by the employee that I have to send the request to a different email address that I couldnāt find posted on their website, I checked under the contact us link with just receiving the same info of that old customer service email that I guess is no longer being monitored. Either way I sent a new email to address that I was provided, waited a few days with no response and then decided to call again to ask for the manager. Talked to Brandon he was super nice helpful and offered to have me come in the same day for a replacement, drove in showed him the picture and my receipt he provided the replacement which I am very appreciative of.
My frustrations here are the fact that the website is misleading with the cs Verilife email address and the fact that I had sent a few follow ups with no response. All I received was an automated email stating that my response was received and I will be responded to in a prompt manner but revived nothing until following up again via phone call again.
Great place great products great workers, I just need a bit more information on the website regarding returns on faulty or bad products. If I struggled this much with it I can only imagine others are...
