My Wife and 2 Kids dined here on Friday morning! I have been waiting for them to open since their Facebook marketing has been a lot of fun to watch and I myself am a chef at Mistwood Golf Club nearby and a resident of romeoville. It was overall a great experience. Our server seemed a little unsure of some menu items and asked my wife to see the menu to spell āchilaquilesā on her notepad. I ordered an Eggs Benedict and was never asked about sides, but I really wanted potatoes and to try their biscuits. When our food arrived my Eggs Benedict came with potatoes, win! I did have to ask for a biscuit, but wasnāt charged. The Eggs Benedict were delicious, I loved the flavor of the ham, it had a nice smokiness to it, and Iām a stickler on my hollandaise, it was perfect! The biscuit was great, but it wasnāt warm, and the honey butter was cold. I bet when you get one of these out of the oven they are incredible, it still was very good. That butter at room temperature on a hot biscuit would be the standard Iām sure they are after, and they have something really special here. My wifeās chilaquiles were awesome and spicy. Our daughter had scrambled eggs which she loved and their breakfast sausage was really unique and a great product. Pancakes, huge, fluffy and fantastic. The potatoes that came with my Benedict werenāt great. The texture was like they are being held hot and just lost that crispness and became just kind of dry and tough, the seasoning seemed liked lawrys seasoning salt which I have nothing against, but maybe a quick minute on the flat top to bring the potatoes back to life and they would be great. The fresh fruit at the start of your meal is such a cool unique thing. No one gives you free food thatās actually delicious, or from a chefs stand point, not cheap! It wasnāt just free fruit, it was sweet, ripe, and really delicious. Coffee was great. It was weird being able to finish a cup at a breakfast place where they are usually filling you up every sip, but I did get through my first cup but couldnāt finish one after that, while it was being filled constantly. Iām really happy to see a new place like this. We are constant goers to Cafe Rome on 135th and Romeo rd, as I love a good divey breakfast place with good service and just decent food, however, I think Bee Brothers brings something fresh and new. Just like their concept, decor, and establishment. Just beautiful, crisp, clean and fun. I saw the owners running food and helping. You can tell their are some staff growing pains and some confusion on the floor, but they have a great product here. We will definately be back, and Iām sure once they catch their rhythm they will be a real hit. We love our new breakfast option and wish them great luck with their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThank your customer service rep for ruining a lifetime customer thatās been spending around $50-$100 + there a week faithfully for about 5 years now
You made an error. Forgot something simple on my order, however ruins the dish.
She did not offer any reasonable solutions and then said the manager isnāt available til 1:00 when it was a 9 am order.
Ok fine, if you as a company, donāt care to handle ppls issues (being hungry now- literally the only reason someone orders from a restaurant ever) then you donāt deserve $1 of my money ever again.
You may say, no big deal itās just one person.
Thatās how the beginning of the end starts
Now, itās just a matter of time before this cancerous person in your organization ruins it for more and more people
Seen it happen over and over throughout history. A tale as old as time itself
Now we just sit back and wait ⦠as that rude, unhelpful, condescending person ruins it for everyone.
Personally, I would never allow that at my business & I would never ever treat one of my paying customers like that
She doesnāt even know who we are, our level of loyalty and how much we spend
She simply gave the worst answer possible over and over without offering any apologies or reasonable solutions.
I would rather deal with a robot or make my own food from now own. Thanks for the encouragement cuz Iām sure we can do better in our own kitchen without the horrible experience & the people that donāt care about their jobs or their own lives & go though society creating unnecessary rage & more hard times for people that absolutely do not deserve them.
Not sure what else to say other than, be careful who you hire & do not disregard anyoneās issue ever!!!!
IF ITS Important to the customer it should be important to you!!!! Otherwise you lose them.
SIMPLE.
Nothing is ever more important than keeping a pre existing loyal customer happy.
Getting new customers is expensive & timely
New business often spend thousands to gain a single customer in marketing dollars
And to throw them away like garbage during an economic recession? Wow the confidence & the arrogance that must require ā¦
But hey you own a local breakfast restaurant so you must be beyond reproach, right?
Too high up in your very tower for the little folks who support your business ā¦
Surely itās much easier to fix your mistakes like a grown up. Not shun them off with complete disrespect & a total lack of empathy
Iām pretty sure that is NOT how to run a business where all you do is ⦠serve people.
No more money for your business ever again.
Just canāt do it after the complete lack of respect for a paying customer simply wanting you to fix the mistake that you made.
I am shocked, hurt, offended...

Review: I will say that I have not found a decent breakfast place in the suburb area. For some reason it seems like expectations for the area are very low. This place was busy, like any other breakfast place in the burbs. We order the spicy sausage (SPICY SAUSAGE) breakfast sandwich, Vegan "skillet", and eggs benedict. First the spicy sausage breakfast sandwich. Sausage not spicy and tastes like the second to lowest tier sausage you can order from a food service provider. It was gross and had so much fat in the patty it was terrible. The Jalapeno Cheddar biscuit that it was on was severely undercooked and seen in the pictures. Yes, I asked the server to take the biscuit back to the kitchen to show them how undercooked it was, might be the reason I was sick. The eggs on the sandwich were just your normal chopped up eggs instead of some form that would go on a sandwich. Silicone rings to make them like that are less than a dollar. The hash browns that came with it, my god they tasted like water. Terrible, no flavor hashbrowns. Salt or pepper or ANYTHING would make them so much better than the straight out of the box hashbrowns. The vegan "skillet", at the top of their menu under skillets it states skillets come with two eggs (I understand why this doesn't) but the vegan skillet which is $3 more come with NO eggs at all. Not a skillet. You want vegan eggs, $4 more! even though you are not getting eggs and paying more to begin with. Vegan chorizo is not that much more than regular to do this to customers. Not to mention, there is just too much soy chorizo, cut it in half, add the egss for no extra. A vegan skillet should not cost $20. Eggs benedict were adequate, but same with the water hashbrowns.
Service was adequate, it was busy, got one visit while eating. Seems like more emphasis was put on the building and decoration than the food and menu.
Some advice to the owner. Take the salt and pepper off the tables and see how many people ask for it, have the servers record it and you will see how bad your food is when customers have to season it themselves.
Rename the biscuit. It is correct on the receipt. It should be Jalapeno Cheddar biscuit sausage sandwich which is more to the truth...
