Super disappointed in wild bills on Henry street.. you’d think having over 50 shops they’d know what they were doing.. buuut that’s the problem, such a big expanse means they have to have the resources for such a business. They don’t, mostly cheap china glass, literally can find a better deal on pipes at the shell across the street.. THEN the nice glass that they have, can you say OVERCHARGE. The employees/managers have absolutely NO idea what their doing or the first thing about nice glass. Adding to that their super rude, couldn’t tell me the thickness in bangers, quartz inserts... had so many types of cigars half were stale when I bought them.. Whenever I have stopped in to the Wild Bills on Henry St, the staff has always been helpful and friendly. When l have had questions or ask for opinions, they never made me feel silly and give honest feedback. They have an atmosphere that is welcoming, and that’s one of the main reasons why I continue going back to them. Tesa has always stood out to me with her amazing customer service skills. Even more, she is so kind.
