I literally am a normal customer and every time I come to that store there is a new working person either doesn’t speak English or is selling stale donuts. I went in there one time and he literally came from behind the desk and told me not to choose those donuts because they were all expired. They don’t speak English they’re rude and they cheat. not only that, but this is my first time living here in Roseburg and there are some pretty amazing. Nice people like one day I didn’t have all of the money to pay for what I had and I was going to call my mom and someone literally behind me gave me money and he paid for all of it. I came back the next day and the owner told me that I needed to pay for my things after the guy behind me paid already. I am hoping this review will serve as a learning moment for the young lady working the store today. An apology goes a long way. After being accused of theft by her because I chose to have my hands in my pockets AND after showing her all of the contents of said pockets… none of which were items from the store, she then got angry with me and denied accusing me of theft. For her to get angry instead of apologizing is completely uncalled for. I was a repeat weekly customer of this establishment purchasing multiple items each and every time. She was the one assisting in those purchases each and every week so she knows I’m not a shoplifter. It's a good place to go when it's late and nothing else is open. However the employees are great.. you also really have to watch the night time employee he likes to shortchange you and when you buy multiple items he will keep you talking so that you are not paying attention then he will scan some items a second time I stood in line and watched him do that to people in front of me when it was my turn he tried the same exact thing on me but I caught him and called him out on it you got to be careful The night time guy is a thief. / Update the night time scammer employee got canned which means this is a nice store to go to.
