The shop was super clean with a simple layout. Checking in was easy and I felt so very comfortable with Zach and Ayla, they really know what they are doing and were great at communication. I got my Labret done and was so happy when I left, they took a good 20 minutes to position it perfectly and the poke itself was not bad at all. I definitely plan on getting all of my piercings done here from now on. It's rare to find a shop that runs like this.

I dont even have swelling with how clean everything was (or maybe I'm lucky), but I know this is going to heal fast and proper. Loved that they took future goals into consideration and mentioned how to have it heal properly to put the dream piece in. I went in on a slim hope someone could help me with my botched nostril piercing from another shop. I was prepared for the worst and scared that it was too far gone for me to keep my piercing.

The young lady in front of house was so polite and compassionate, she squeezed me in literally as soon as possible. I was immediately comforted as the inside shop is clean. Very clean. The gentleman who assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly, he examined my nose and assured me I'd be okay. He clearly stated how his jewelry is different than most, that it is designed in a way to prevent the issue that is giving me grief. Love how Zach lets you know about The facts about the piercing that you want make sure it’s what you really want instead of just saying yeah he can do it and takes your money and makes money off of you. I respect that so much more and a tattoo artist I will be going to if I get any more piercings Love how thorough he was and since I’m from out of town, he let me know my options. If anything goes wrong I can contact him or if I can’t come back to change out the bars that I can send him the money to get the replacement bars and he will ship them the bars to me.
