The 1st time I went in I went with a friend and was treated like a second class citizen because I was on my prostises and had my service. Animal with me. The older lady that works the front Showed his tour seat only after telling me my dog was not allowed. A younger lady came up and explained to her that that she could not tell me that my service animal was not allowed. The young lady is the only reason I stayed. The food was great. Because the food was so good I decided to give them a second chance this time. I went in with my wheelchair and the lady at the front same one as before instead of taking us to a table as we requested she took us to a. Booth which I being in my wheelchair was not able to sit at and when I explain this and ask her for a table she's just snatched the. Menus that she had set down at the booth up. Took me, My friend and her autistic granddaughter to the bar side and sat aside a table that was big enough for 2 people only. On both occasions I was made to feel that I was not welcome. I called to speak with the manager about this issue left my phone number and my name and was never called back so I've now decided to leave this here. So that someone at their Organization would Know about what happened to me on both occasions. I have since found out from other people that I know that are disabled that they have been treated similarly at this restaurant so I guess the overall consensus is that. You're welcome there unless you have a...

First time there. Was lunch time and the place was busy but not packed.

I'm giving 3 stars because this is the first time I've ever been to a Mexican restaurant and did not get chips and salsa up front to hold over the appatite, in addition to confusing and lacking customer service.

To make matters worse , the wait was lengthy maybe 20 minutes. Your talking about starving construction workers here on a pressing schedule.

The strange part was the waiter bringing chips and salsa after we were done with lunch so I don't know if that's how it's done there or they simply forgot.

Also, our first waitress took our order then vanished, later, a second waitress asked us what to drink when we already ordered.

In addition, we sat a long while waiting for our bill when we really had to get going, so I got up and tracked a waitress down..

Over all they were nice and the food was great but could use a step up on the customer service side.

I'd go back for...

This is the second Mexican food restaurant we have tried here in the Roseburg area. And although slightly better then the first place it still was only in the high 3 star zone but in close proximity to a 4th star, but no where near a 5th star. Service was great and most of the food was decent. The salsa and chips were solid as where the rice and beans, but my shredded beef tasted like the lid to container of taco seasoning accidentally popped off while they were seasoning the meat and no added water was added to properly emulsify the seasoning into a sauce. I was very hopeful going in, as this place has good ratings overall, but unfortunately this is not someplace I would recommend if the food is your primary focus. The drinks and the service are awesome though, so for happy hour or just drinks and appetizers I would definitely consider stopping in. If the quality of the food matched the service and the drinks this could be a...

You know a place is good when most of the tables are full and it's only 5 pm. The fire roasted salsa were the first indication that the food is anything but ordinary. I ordered the pork tamales, which came with the obligatory beans rice, two side dishes I typically ignore. The rice was fresh, light, and fluffy - perfectly cooked - and not drowning in tomato sauce or doused in cheese. The beans were so good that I found myself scooping them up with the chips. The tamales were generously portioned and very tasty. My only complaint, if you will, was they were not quite warm enough. My husband was impressed with his fajita burrito and vowed to return.

This was our first experience dining here and it was a pleasant one. The food was reasonably priced, and the taste was excellent. The wife had the side order of tamales and she said they were some of the best she has had in a long time. I had two chicken quesadilla, which exceeded my expectations. The only hang-up we really had was the language barrier which caused a order discrepancy , but what do you expect when you're trying for authentic. And if authentic Mexican food is what your belly desires, I do recommend stopping in checking this place out. Incredible atmosphere great customer service. I will definitely eat here again.

Very delicious chicken fajitas, rice and beans! Their roasted salsa is unique and has great flavor. Enchiladas are good but I prefer enchiladas with more sauce. When you walk in there is a sign that lets you know that service may be slow due to limited staff. When we arrived, we were the only ones there. You can tell some of the staff are burnt out. I’ve experienced this at many restaurants lately. It’s sad how overworked the people are who have continued to run a business or work hard during Covid, making it difficult to fake a smile at times.
