It’s hard to know where to begin to say how pleased we were with this absolutely amazing stupendous fantastic company. To say the house was in a total mess when they arrived is an understatement. We had had mold remediation and they had ripped out paneling in our living room area from floor to ceiling and in the kitchen in the back room they had ripped out walls and built-in cabinets from floor to ceiling. I never thought it could be fixed completely and fixed perfectly back to what it was. We have been told the paneling that had been ripped out could not be replaced because the house was built in 1978 and it wasn’t made anymore that we were going to have to sheet rock a huge wall and paint it . We were so upset about that because I didn’t want to paint it wall. But when this company came out there was never a question that the paneling could not be replaced and made to look exactly the same. And they did it sustaining the attention to detail to get it perfectly absolutely matching the other paneling in our room was something of a miracle . I’ve had people come in since it’s done and they say they can’t tell that it was ever anything but always there it’s so perfectly matched and they worked so hard to get it like that I watch them and they were so meticulous it was amazing. The same thing happened with the rest of the house from rebuilding my cabinets to the painting to the rebuilding the frames around the windows after we had the new ones put in to rebuilding a top next to a window and putting tile in instead of the leaking stuff that was there before and leveling it absolutely perfect . They matched paint so exact it looks like it never was damaged at all. And where they had to repair they repainted everything to a sparkling new kitchen. And this company is the most amazing with its employees it didn’t matter who came if they were connected with Morales Brothers they were professional kind courteous on time and clean up oh they cleaned up better than the people I have cleaning for me. And they did this every single day without fail. I’m putting my kitchen and my back room and living room back together now and I enjoy just sitting and looking at all the brilliant work that has been done. To say that we highly recommend this company is an understatement . We will be using them again and I’ve already given out their cards and I would highly highly recommend them to anyone. We had prayed so hard about having the right people come to do this job and God answered our prayers by sending Morales Brothers we are forever grateful...
Read moreI am very pleased with the work that was done by the Morales Brothers Construction Services Inc. We had our master bath totally redone which included tearing out a fur-down that housed an air conditioning unit that had been replaced and moved several years prior. They also put in and tiled our shower and installed a new vanity and toilet as well as a new floor and lighting. I am the type that always get several bids on projects and although theirs wasn’t the least expensive, it wasn’t the most either. What made me decide on them was their professionalism and attention to detail. Even though this was a small project, (we had a couple of contractors who weren't interested because it was too small of a project), we were treated as if it was as important as a large project. We were impressed from the initial contact with their website and the way the bid was a written contract. We had a couple of things that we added or changed and with each change, we received another contract with the changes include. They helped us with the design and selection of everything from tile to grout and paint. Once we had a signed contract with them, they informed us of the start date which never changed. The workers were also very professional. They installed plastic in our bedroom covering the walls and furniture and had protection on the floor from our front door all the way to the bathroom. At the end of each day they removed the floor protection and the plastic over our bed and offered to remove the other plastic that covered the walls and furniture and they cleaned up after themselves constantly. The project was completed in the time frame that they initially gave us and we are more than pleased with the results. If you are looking for a contractor that has an eye for detail and will treat you and your house with professionalism and dignity, look no further. As mentioned earlier, they might not be the least expensive but I feel they provide...
Read moreSpent $30K with Morales Bros. on kitchen appliance install and new sink, master bath remodel. We did like what they did so hired them back a second time to update a small second bathroom for $14K. The wood around the double oven installed is cracking. Doesn't matter how many times you use wood filler it cracks from the heat. The second bath is plumbed incorrectly. Hot where it should be cold on faucets. They took off my 2 month old plantation shutter and repainted. Rehung missing screws so it does not open and close correctly. It was so badly painted it now does not open easily and sticks with middle lever. They installed new office doors and before the painter left him asked me to check. There were two large drips down the front. He said yes but once the dry they will be gone. Next day still there, dry and shows more. Paint was all inside the frame of the other door onto the lighter color of frame. Master bath tile floor has liner showing through it now. I can't believe I tipped these guys not $10 or $20 but more on the first job thinking they were great only to be told when I questioned the quality of work on second job by Ronnie that he had to coerce his brothers to come back for second job. They took our money by Intuit on second bathroom about a month or month and a half before showing up. Ronnie told me I was too direct and vocal with my questions. Shame on me for being a female customer who is not going to be taken advantage of when things are clearly not right and paying top dollar. Ronnie is supposedly a man of the cloth but obviously experiencing some issues with his cabinet guy of 15 years leaving and truck issues etc. All part of running a business but not all part of being rude to a customer. I personally owned two businesses and although not always 100% true was taught the customer is always right. Ronnie needs to go back to business 101 and learn to be kind and flexible in dealing...
