I'll stay neutral on this review. 1st off...not alot of parking, at least not for bigger trucks. 2nd...small interior to dine in and most tables were put together for bigger crowds, but wait staff should automatically go and separate them in case couples walk in, kind of awkward to nit find a table for 2 when they are together for 6 to 8 people. 3rd...took forever to order at the cashier due to people NOT ready to order, too many questions and then they switching up after cashier already put in the choice they 1st said, maybe get more staff and place orders at tables...tried and tested, works better. 4th, im not sure who the cook was in the back, but it was obvious something was terribly wrong today. 3 of us, all seperated customer, s all disappointed. We got our order before the couple in front of us. Then the couple that ordered in front of us , the guy, got very impatient (i would to), and didn't handle the situation good. He threw the food at the register/counter and was cursing, not very nice. There are ways to get things handled better, where was the manager? The guy that ordered after us, was waiting for awhile as well for his food, but did not get ignorant like the 1st couple. I ordered brisket baked potatoe, and was not brisket meat, pulled pork or something. I didn't complain because it ca m.j e out hot and it was goid to eat, but NOT what i ordered. I don't know who is the manager or owner, but if yall were short staffed, next time DO NOT OPEN. It was evident, this was not a cook or chef in the kitchen. Poor service and i know we are NOT EVER COMING BACK. But i am disappointed as a manager myself, do nit allow your wait staff to take food thrown at them EVER, Come out snd deal with the bad service that was given to customer. There is always a right way to handle bad situations, and the girl that is the wait staff should not have gone through this today. She DOES NOT GET PAID TO SUFFER BACKLASH that the manager should have come out and handled. We left because i was not sure what was about to happen next due to lack of management. Read moreMy wife and I thought we had found our new local burger spot but unfortunately, I have to give this place a 1 star due to the terrible way my wife and I were treated this evening by the older white lady who is apparently a manager here.
We ordered a jalapeño burger, original burger, chili cheese fries, onion rings and two Joe teas. This came out to around $35 and I added a $5 tip because of the nice young man at the front who took our order.
The food came out and the burgers were correct but we only got a side of regular fries and no onion rings. We told the young man that those fries weren’t ours so he took them back. We’re thinking they will come give us the sides we ordered shortly.
Instead, the old white woman manager came by our table with our full order and said “this can’t be your food”. After explaining their mistake, she starts drilling us asking why we took someone else’s order…
My wife and I are dumbfounded because we did get the right burgers but we’re just missing sides so we had no idea a mistake on their part had even been made to begin with. So she then says “well I guess he’s paying for your dinner” (referring to the young man who took our order)
To which I replied “I don’t need anyone paying for our dinner we will just pay for the other order as well” she hesitated but reluctantly agreed.
We thought it was over…
But then she goes to the other two tables next to us and starts gossiping about how we “ate the other persons order so sorry for the delay” and clearly talking behind our backs about what she apparently perceived to be our fault.
This not only was extremely uncomfortable but also unbecoming of staff working at a small business. You’d think she would have simply called for the order to be remade and if anything apologized for the mistake. Instead she did the opposite and continued to harass us by gossiping to others even despite us paying for both orders anyway.
If you’re the owner reading this, you have lost what would’ve been a long term customer who spends well over $2k a week in dining across our area thanks to your rude manager. I truly hope her nasty attitude towards customers changes. Maybe then we’d give this place...

A few months ago, we stopped in and ordered bacon wrapped jalapeños and burgers for myself and my daughter. There was about a 20 minute wait to order, and there were only 2 parties of 3-4 people each ahead of us. The person taking the orders and payment was very sweet, but slow and didn't seem to be very concerned with all of us standing in line so long. After I finally ordered, we found a table, and after waiting for OVER an hour, and asking twice where my food was (at least expecting the appetizer), I went and requested my money back. The sweet girl at the front apologized, and told me that it was delayed because they burned the bacon wrapped jalapeños and she wasn't going to bring it out to me that way so she had them redo the order. Okay, I appreciated that gesture, but she should've at least let me know that - and they could have given us the rest of the food in the meantime, I have a child who is hungry...and I had asked several times about my order status. At that point the cook reached over from the window and said, Here is your child's burger...as he lifted the bun and moved the food around (after I watched him touch the wall, his face, and countertop a few times) in a basket that I had seen sitting there since the last time I had asked about my order (at least a good 20 minutes prior). Um...feed my child a cold burger that has been sitting, and now has your bleh all over it...? No thanks! I want a refund. They willingly gave me, and another family who had ordered BEFORE us and had not yet received their food either, our money back.
This establishment needs better counter help, they need more experienced cooks, and they need a lesson on cleanliness and proper food handling.
