Taqueria Little Mexico — Restaurant in Rosenberg

DO NOT EAT HERE – Save your time, money, and dignity! My mom went to this restaurant with a friend during their lunch break. Before ordering, she specifically asked the waitress if the food would take more than an hour. The waitress said no, since they weren’t busy. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of a horrible experience.

When the food finally came out, it was missing tortillas. The waitress said she'd bring them right away — but never did. My mom tried the meat, and it was disgusting — rubbery like chewing gum, with a terrible flavor. Still, she didn’t want to make a scene and figured she’d at least eat the tortillas and beans… except the tortillas never came.

After 30 minutes, she had to wave the waitress down again, who admitted she forgot. Another 10 minutes later, they finally brought out the tortillas — and get this — they weren’t even homemade. The waitress even said they were packaged tortillas they just heat up, which made it even more confusing as to why it took 40 minutes to get them.

When my mom calmly tried to give feedback to the owner, he responded by yelling, being completely rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional.

She still got charged $20 for a meal she didn’t eat, plus a drink, and had to return to work hungry. Her coworkers said they’ve had bad experiences there too — this place is apparently known for its awful food and even worse service.

This place robs you never order from this place on the phone. And they try playing it off like its my fault. I ordered 2 birria soups online menu it says 7.99 i order 2 soups on the phone just soups and a tosta i called the woman that answered acted like she heard me i repeated it 3 times the order then i legit repeated it twice before i got off the phone. She says its 18 dollars I go up and pick up the order i say 2 birria soups n 1 tosta then i say hey add 2 mexicans cokes its the same woman off the phone... it comes out to be 24$ i get home n i have 1 birria soup and 1 tosta. I call n she says she couldnt hear me n right before i say anything she says "well the birria soup is 15$ i charged you for just 1 soup i thought i told you" i repeated 5 times and said it at the window she said i can go back n pay for another 1. Lol na bruh to get some birria soup with regular corn tortillas for 15$?!? No ramen 💀 not worth the price nor with the drive back seems like they need the money more. I'm not gonna fight back n forth with a person n not admit...

This place is horrible rude service and food ok not that great will never by there again!! RUDE RIDE RIDE!! I called to order a bowl Of menudo which was most needed and when I called to order over the phone cause I’m at work and just wanted to go and pick it up.. I don’t eat pigs feet and want extra Homoney the lady who answered the phone say ohhh no we ain’t doing all that very rude disrespectful .. I’ve gone on there 5 time before this and they never ever been this ride or had this bad service… Plus there chips are hard and chewy not fresh at all like from day before .. 1st of all I thought it should be the customer you try to make happy and comfortable.. but this lady was very very rude and disrespectful. Could said I’m sorry but the cook serve it how it comes and left it at that but the fact that she said ohhh noooo we ain’t doing all that you get it how it come really upset me.
