Sophany Chhim OD was incredibly rude to me. Waited 45 mins at the end of the day after the last patient to see her for an rx recheck (the clinic was not closed at this point) where I just requested her to plug in my rx into the phoropoter just before placing an order for my glasses to make sure accurate since a more recent eye exam elsewhere showed a significantly different rx than the rx kaiser gave me after an exam in may. this takes literally 5 seconds. I made it clear I did not need her to recheck anything else. She could have just said no if she was that busy. Instead she proceeded to give me the dirtiest look, said she wasnt even the provider who examined me (which is true) but not sure why bring that up, yell at me that she had hundreds of messages and she’d had a bad day. Horrible customer service by the front desk and staff. No greeting, they look at you in a such a bad way as soon as you walk that door. You ask questions and they’re super rude. I was trying to get glasses for my little one for the 1st time and the person assisting was ruching me. 2nd appointment for fitting the person assisting said the glasses were fine, it was my son ears that weren’t even and there’s nothing she can do about it. It was a simple fix, she was like it’s up to you in a very mean uncomfortable way. I wish management is able to do something about this place and make people feel welcome and better customer...

The Staff were very nice and friendly, I was able to do my Eye Exam and via An almost imidiate walk-up second appointment (1/2 hr.) To actually be able to order and afford to get GOOD NEW Glasses in glass with bifocal-lenses(4 to 6 week special order only)not plastic! All without any Out-of-Pocket cost on my part. Including non-reflective lenses and Automatic Tinting glass. (IE. Photo Chromactic lenses). I was in shock and awestruck by their...
