The hospital needs some major inspection. There Is 0 sanitation. The chairs are bloody. No one cleanes after they get new patients. You’d think that after COVID they’ll have more strict rules about keeping the hospitals sanitary at most priority but nope. The nurses and doctors put on gloves, touch everything then they come and touch the patients(the doctors went to look for a something with her gloves on then came and touched my daughters eyes). I understand that they are short staffed but I saw nurses and other staffed just sitting around and having fun conversations with each other(in front of a patient!!)while patients wait and the nurses and doctors do nothing. I wish I took a picture of all this but I only have one. Bloody floors and chairs everywhere.

Very busy here but employees are great. We hit the pharmacy first then mistakenly went to another building because we had the wrong department. Employee's were very helpful. Parking is very full but people are constantly coming and going.

I pay roughly $20k/year to have health insurance here for my family even though not one of us has seen a doctor in 4+ years. Ok I get it. But my wife had a serious medical issue a couple nights ago so I drove her to emergency. She’s sobbing uncontrollably and we’re waiting in line. My wife was unable to speak, I began to tell the triage nurses what was going on and she gave me a “shhh” with one finger held up.

“Let her speak for herself” she says.

I look over my wife can’t speak, she’s sobbing and hyperventilating.

Nurse says “ok fine what’s going on?” As she looks at me in frustration and I continue to describe the problem after unnecessarily wasting time. We take a seat and then security tells me I have to leave because they don’t allow support people there. So my wife is left alone, bleeding, and crying as I’m being escorted out. Despicable.

This was our only hospital experience in almost 5 years.

A month later I jump through all the steps for the vasectomy process (consent form, videos, etc). I get an email to call urology and schedule the procedure. The lady FLIPS OUT, and yells at me on the phone for calling (like the email told me to. She said we are “too backed up to even make appointments and we’ll call you back in maybe 5 months.”

I ended up just paying $800 bucks to have it done at a private clinic and had a wonderful experience.

After giving these people about $100,000 in the last five years, for no good reason that I can see, It is time to cut ties with Kaiser.

Thanks...

LVN Brittney S - in Bldg C, Floor 4- is one of the unkindest , unemotional, uncaring LVNs with the worst bedside manner i had ever met or witnessed.

She treated my elderly, sick father with little empathy, and blatantly disregarded his pain & discomfort when taking out his catheter earlier today. Not only did she treat him like a number, but the worst part was that she didn't even add numbing cream to help ease the pain & procedure, just took it out!! What a careless person, and i pray no one ever treats her family this way in a hospital.

Our parents are some of the most important people in our lives, and when they are elderly, sick, in pain and uncomfortable, our heart brakes. My father came home in so much pain.

As any medical prof, anLVN, you know better, you need to do better, and you need to care more. If you can't, then you need to find a new job. Treat our loved ones with more compassion & care than what you showed today. Very disappointed &...

I think we may have to change to a Mercy medical it seems as though there isn’t enough staff and their focus isn’t on their patients, the specialists can be very good but actually getting to see one you must be close to death for this to happen, the governor and now president Donald Trump need to focus on Kaiser Permante more closely it’s basically “ practicing medicine “ a lot of guessing & very low medical care of their ER patients, not enough bed & staff, filthy conditions. Morale ave should have been shut down years ago now Roseville is falling apart and the patients are paying for their lack of medical knowledge and responsibility. They need to build a new Emergency Medical center in Folsom California and re train the staff they have . I’m pretty confident that their lack of medical knowledge is what killed my mother....
