I had my first born son here at the Kaiser-Roseville Labor and Delivery. The team from beginning to end of my wife’s pregnancy was excellent. When my wife was in labor was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had in terms of care. They made my wife feel heard every step of the way. They did not force us to do things that made us feel uncomfortable, and if we were, we could voice it without judgement.

My wife went into labor 12/24/24 and our son was born on Christmas. The nurses and midwives on duty were some of the most patient, sweet, kindhearted individuals, and we don’t think that any other place would have been as caring and thoughtful as the team of nurses and doctors that we had.

I want to name some of these nurses and commend them for their work. Hopefully they’ll see this and know that they were a part of a special time in our lives. For the labor portion, Nurse Rachael and Jenna were so careful, patient and thoughtful. They reassured us every step of the way and made us feel safe knowing my wife was in their care. Rachael and Jenna made us feel heard and that was so important. I don’t remember the midwives names, because they weren’t around as much, however, when they were, they were extremely knowledgeable.

For the delivery portion, we spent the morning of Christmas Day in the care of Nelli. She was so kind and made every step to accommodate our needs. The rest of the team that morning, which consisted of 4 nurses were exceptional.

After the delivery of our son, we went into the mother’s room on the 3rd floor. Firstly, the entire nursing staff was incredible. However, our nurse, Andi or Andrea was THE BEST! She truly made our stay there great. She was so personable and always made us feel heard when we had questions. She is so kind and sweethearted & I hope she sees this and knows that she was the highlight of our experience. Please, continue to set the standard and be who you are.

I had my baby in Modesto And had they had to transfer her to Roseville to have surgery. My daughter had two surgeries and the one we had to follow up was for a gtube. I never got that appointment from the nurses and when I called to ask nobody was able to help me and didn’t seem to know what was going on. I called to try to get a hold of someone about This missed appointment that was important for the check of the ballon and gtube extension that needed to be made. Roni in the nicu was rude and didn’t have patience or understanding from this and talked over me several times and didn’t let me explain. Its hard enough that we have to deal with this health issue And to have rude people help us like this in...

Worst service at the front desk. And I came in with my baby. The lady was picking her nails and she had some blood stains on her. And that's the front desk smh. Director of operation needs to double check those people they hire. The service for information was terrible also because she said on the week end they don't need to make the effort to find you info since they know all departments are closed. Therefore don't go to this hôpital on weekends and if u dying good luck. I went to Sutter after that and loved the welcome and how they treated my baby girl.
