I went to get my Samsung galaxy S10 screen replaced on Sunday February 23rd, they charged me $215.00, it took them about an hour. Everything seemed fine until I was talking to my family on speaker phone, they kept saying I was cutting out and couldn't fully hear what I was saying. When I would take it off speakerphone they could hear me more clear but slight static. So I took my phone back to them Thursday February 27th so they could fix the problem. I went back in an hour and a half and they said it was done but that it wasn't anything they did when replacing my screen but now I needed to replace another part that would cost me $45 more. I got upset and told them no I'd rather go elsewhere because this problem shouldn't have happened after paying $215.00! Then they said well so your not upset we'll fix it for free....that should have been said to begin with!! So obviously they broke my mic or something that's interfering with my mic, because it worked perfectly fine before I ever replaced the screen. I use my speaker phone often and now I'm not able to use it anymore. Also the pictures are of when I got it back the second time on Thursday. They didn't even bother to glue the back peice back on securely, so I'm hoping it's not gunna just fall off! This has been a horrible experience! I went there because they fixed my mother's phone before but I'm too scared to even have them try to fix my mic because then what if they break something else! Ive had this phone for about 6 years and have NEVER had problems til now that I replaced the screen! Now I'm going to have to go out of town to get it fixed before my mic completely don't work. I honestly would have just left the screen alone if I would have known it was gunna cause my mic to not work properly. I would not recommend getting any repairs on any of your devices from this repair shop, you just might end up like me and have another problem...

In this case, it is the former by far! Last fall, when I was still new to town, this was one of the very first places I did business with and I've been a loyal customer ever since. The owner was friendly, very knowledgable, and when he explained things to me, he did so in a way I could easily understand without making me feel stupid. I'm not the best with tech, so I really appreciated this! There are plenty of good repair shops around, but this one stands out because of the way the customers are treated; almost like family. For example, when my son was fascinated with the toy cars that were for sale, instead of ignoring him, and his questions, the owner not only took the time to show him each and every one, he even allowed him to try them out, and then gave him one as a gift! The very next day my toddler was flopping around on my lap and it fell out of my pocket and the screen cracked again. I took it in and he offered to replace it for the cost of the screen, $65. I also purchased a case from him that he sold me for $20 instead of $25. About a week later my phone case was falling apart with normal use so I wrote into the company of the case since they provided lifetime warranty. They needed a purchase receipt which I didn't have anymore so I went into the store to get it and he said I didn't have to go through all that, that he would just give me another one for free.
