The last few times I have gone, the quality has been terrible. No sauce on the pizza, the crust was thin and dry. Nothing but cheese. U ask for extra pepperoni, you pay for extra pepperoni, but u barely get any. They remade my order and it still looked and tasted horrible. Probably won't be going back to the North store for a while......
UPDATE 10/9/2023.... PLACED AN APP ORDER & this is what happened.
NOTHING COULD BE DONE!!! I believe the Manager Lady is the reason. I placed an order thru the APP and showed up almost immediately. She asked my name & what I ordered. I told her Michael Apodaca & I ordered a PEPPERONI LOVERS, with Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, and Black Olives. It was a Rewards Pizza, so I paid $$2.42. I'm not sure why I had to pay anything. The APP said "ANY PIZZA!"
Anyway I gave her $2.50 and she wanted to keep my change. When I said I wanted it back, she gave me a look. She then went to the back and took at least 15 minutes before returning with a cold pizza box. I asked for some Chili Flakes and she said she has to charge me for .99 cents for a bottle. I shook my head and said ok. She came back and said it was $1.17. HMMM.... I'm a business owner and the Sales Tax is 7.59%. I told her that doesn't make sense because that's double the tax rate and AGAINST THE LAW TO CHARGE MORE. She said that's what the Register Says. "Oh Well," is what she said. "Nothing I can do about it," she said.
So I'm thinking that PIZZA HUT is Fraudulently overcharging customers an Increased Sales Tax & that's against the Law. So I declined the chili flakes because I'm not going to get CHEATED!!!
That threw me off, So I headed home and when I opened the box, There Was NO PEPPORONI.
I immediately called back and spoke to the same lady. She was like oh well. The order shows the pepperoni was removed. I told her I didn't remove it. I ordered a PEPPERONI LOVERS. Why would I remove the Pepperoni when I could have ordered a regular pizza?
Her Tone, lack of empathy & the way she handled my order from the time I arrived says it all. I waited in line for about 15 minutes. Not once did she come back to check on me. There were no cars or dining customers when I pulled up. And if she's the Manager & I called to get some help or complain, there is NO Support. It's a helpless feeling. And that's Infuriating to me when I felt Cheated, with NO Customer Support and who knows if that lady spit in my food or whatever.
That Pizza Hut Location is Worthless. The only way to get a Strongly Agree from me is to get rid of that lady. Until then, I will never return to pizza hut & I will share my experience with everyone I know.

Read moreThat one star counts as a negative one. This. Is. The. Worst. Pizza place. In. Roswell,NM. here is why: So, it was a normal Wednesday, Wing Wednesday. My family and I went to go try out the wings and they are terrible.....you have a whole day dedicated to wings and your wings are the worst part of your menu. SO we leave disappointed. That night I start feeling a little sick to the stomach, but i let it go thinking it would pass once a sleep. No, the next day I have to go to school with a very sick feeling in my stomach. I almost pasted out and i felt very weak, I had not eaten anything that morning because of how sick i felt. I called my mom to come pick me up but she took 3 hours to get there, so i was left with food poising at school dying. And the last thing I ate were those Sh*tty wings, and I had only ate 1 and half.....1 and half! and it got me that sick. Meanwhile, my dad ate 7, he threw up about 5 or 6 times and we both had extreme painful cramps in our stomachs. There was only one other couple in the restaurant when we entered. That should have been our first warning. The very inexperienced waiter was doing the best he could, but he told us that one staff person had called in and they were short-staffed. My husband had to go to the counter to get someone to come out and wait on us, and he reported that there were at least five people in the kitchen, just hanging around. It took us more than a half hour to get our food, and the pizza was nothing much.
