Taco Bell — Restaurant in Roswell

very bad experience at this taco bell. we put our order in on the inside tablet. there were only two cars in the drive through. i watched them make over six orders for drive through and not ours. by now about 10 minutes had elapsed. at this point i called to the line prep staff and asked where my order number was in the queue. they wouldn't tell me that but said they would start on it. meanwhile more meals are handed out to drive through. she finally brought our meal out. we asked again what had happened and she said there was some mix up. it seemed like this taco bell had just opted to keep prioritizing any arriving drive through order forever over our inside order. We generally love taco bells because they have great vegan and vegetarian options and their in store tablet and online ordering are very clear to option out meat products. But this experience...

The pricing is not worth the quality. The order is often incorrect, which is a problem for food allergies. I do not recommend Taco Bell if you have food allergies, despite their vegetarian options as they do not actually give you the vegetarian option that you ordered. People in food service absolutely need to be aware of allergies and need to pay attention to the orders and make it as it is requested, especially since most alterations are charged extra. Idk if Taco Bell has decided to downsize, but I swear the burritos and such have less in them than usual. It’s so expensive to eat here anymore. I gave zero star for the food because every item I ordered wasnt as I ordered it. CrunchWrap had ordered no lettuce or tomatoes. Covered in both. My Grilled cheese burrito was ordered as steak was given beef and it even that was almost none. Also had tomatoes on it which I didnt order. My double stack taco was also stacked with tomatoes. I was pretty disappointed ! I picked off what I didnt want and ate it anyway as I was in a semi and didnt have time to go back. Also the grilled cheese burrito had a funky taste to it and aonething just seemed off about it. I only ate a few bites of it. And now for the last 2 days Ive had projectile liquid diarrhea since eating it. So Idk if something was spoiled ir undercooked but Ive been dashing to the bathroom a lot since.
