Absolutely terrible customer service. I called yesterday and spoke with a women, I believe Ashley, I explained that we would be coming in to bowl and have dinner with a group of about 15. I then asked if we could bring in a personal size gluten free pizza for our 9 year old daughter because she has Celiac Disease. I explained that she would be the only one eating that pizza and that the other 15ish of us would be eating, drinking and bowling there. She said absolutely not. I explained to her that Coral Lanes wouldn’t be able to provide a safe gluten free dinner for her and we just wanted to make sure she was included in dinner with her family and friends. The woman told me I could bring her something from home but not a pizza or anything from annother restaurant and said that they don’t allow people to bring in Arbys or McDonalds and that she would NOT allow this. I explained that if our daughter could eat a meal safely there from their kitchen this wouldn’t be an issue. She said absolutely not and we could bring her something to eat from home or not come. Great job Coral Lanes for excluding a little girl from a fun time with her friends and family and having the guilt put on her for something she has zero control over. We have been navigating this disease and still trying to have her be able to feel “normal” by eating the same things everyone at the establishment is eating for 7 years now, and have never once run into this. Every single establishment has been more than happy to have us there and had no issue with us feeding our daughter safely. Other restaurants included. I will be sure everyone in our gluten free community knows how you handled...
Read moreThe best thing about this place was leaving it. The best service we got was the new guy. He was friendly and laid back. My husband and I went there in the afternoon for the "5$ All You Can Bowl Special".. he was using his brand new bowling ball. Literally, less than 5 days old and only used once. After bowling the first game we noticed a small chunk missing out of his ball. A few more throws we noticed very bad scuff marks on the ball. Then we examined the ball very closely, threw the ball, and when it returned it had more scuffs on it and another chunk missing out of it. I don't know if their return machines have something wrong, if there was grit or dirt on the lane, or what the problem was. All I know is that a brand new ball now had very obvious scuffs, deep scratches, and chunks missing out of it. Awful awful place. The guy that was in charge did apologize, but basically said buffing the ball wont fix it all and that their machines were just looked at. He didn't charge us for the bowling but charged us $10.50 for two Budweisers and a kiddie cocktail. Which I must mentioned he screwed the kiddie cocktail up. WILL NEVER RETURN...
Read moreNo service. Walked out and left.
Went with the family for food and bowling. The alley was busy so we decided to get some food while we wait. No servers in the restaurant part and so I went to go to the bar to get a order in. Bar was not to busy, but no acknowledgement of our presence, no greeting, no one approached or offered service. Just ignored. Got passed up several times by other guest on the other side of the bar. Spent 20 minutes overall and just left due to lack of service and effort by the staff. At Weston lanes, they may gave been busy and we have to wait, but we get acknowledged, greeted, serviced and able to order food...
