Subway — Restaurant in Rothschild

Walked in while I was getting my oil changed from next door to a father and some kids waiting at a table. My partner and I were never greeted when we came in and stood first in line waiting. The two people working looked very busy making sandwiches so we had both assumed they were the gentleman waiting already and sat down after about 5 minutes. Another 5-10 mins go by and he is still waiting and they are still making sandwiches. I go stand up in line again and total this time I wait for about 15 minutes. A couple had walked in behind us also waiting. The dad and children eventually got up to leave with no food in hand answer his daughter’s question to the lack of food with “yep we waited over 45 mins we will go somewhere else” the couple behind us soon followed out the door. The gentleman working looked over to the other coworker making a comment about how the “online orders come first” eventually we asked how long it would be and only then we were addressed with no apologies of the wait. My sandwich wasn’t very full...

Bradley the manager that was in at around 4pm today was very rude and took 30 minutes to make an order of 3 sandwiches simply because “she worked at the gas station next door”… so after we waited he finally asked us what we wanted, only my mom and I (my friend was with as well) we ordered our subs and that took him another 15 minutes and did seem stressed due to online orders. But then after my mom paid for our sandwiches, ignored my friend in line? So I said “she is also getting a sandwich” to which he replied “well that would have been nice to know 10 minutes ago” as he was trying to take down online orders from delivery drivers that came in way after we did. He was very rude and unprofessional. Also seemed annoyed that my mom asked for some of her sauces in the side. Kinda weird… but yeah, not time friendly, and they also did not clean the knife between any of our sandwiches or the prior order to ours. So if that’s a health code violation or something it’s...

After ordering the sub we took it out to the car to eat it and the bread was crumbling apart. Took it back in to show that just poking it made it disintegrate, the person working said "oh I told them not to use that bread it was cooked too long" and proceeded to make a new sandwich saying I'll make you a new one and we'll give you a free 6 inch next time you come in if you give us a good review. When he put the sandwich in the toaster he left to talk to another employee and came back saying oh it was in a little long, it's not great, and proceeded to keep going. We had to correct him bell peppers as he was putting on banana peppers and then spinach not lettuce. At the end he said "It's not you, but next time go to a different subway."
